Ahh, it seems like only yesterday I was in the remote corner of Oman, getting lost in miles of hot, unmarked canyon with no food or water in a country where we didn’t speak the language, and cliff jumping hundreds of feet down waterfalls 😍😅 Luckily no one got hurt, but we could have, which is why I’m so grateful I had purchased travel insurance at the beginning of the year.
Travel insurance is something I don’t think most students/20-somethings/millennials think about. It kind of sounds technical and confusing, and who knows if you’re going to need it anyway so why pay? But it’s just one of those things you don’t need until you NEED NEED it.
During this Oman trip and my entire year in Dubai, and even today, I have travel insurance through @isicglobal. They have travel insurance catered to 12-30 year olds, and students of ALL ages. Aka the exact people I want to help the most!!
And as an affiliate, I can share ISIC’s already insanely cheap travel insurance policies with you for an even better discount.

The policy I have was $89 for an entire year, and you can get it through me for $60 now. SO WORTH IT.

If you’re traveling with medical insurance, it’s important to note that emergencies resulting from intoxication typically aren’t covered by travel insurance. Speak to your insurance professional to learn about coverage restrictions.
