  • Few things are more encouraging than a stroll in the spring forest. Spring certainly has a special meaning in the regions where the difference between the seasons is very obvious. Hard to believe that all this festivity can survive and appear from under all this snow! You understand the 🌍 and ☀️ mechanics and yet it seems like pure magic in action. A massive and sudden transformation from white and glittery to juicy and green. I still haven’t fully apprehended it and maybe it’s for the better. I prefer to stick to my myths and believe that daffodils are bestowed on us by a pretty goddess. Probably people settled down here just to get surprised every year and to admit that not all of it can be rationalized. During the long winter months, they were ready to eat pickled herring, pickled cucumbers, pickled whatever and in the end simply nothing just to be able to marvel at what comes next. The memories of this forest trigger the feelings of joy, love and new beginnings in my subconscious, therefore I love coming back to them. It’s one of ‘the places I’d rather be now’ besides the seaside and the art workshop and maybe some sort of an animal farm (see, I didn’t mention a fashion store)
