  • The most “successful” version of yourself is found in this very moment. If we deny, avoid, argue, resist or try to change what is, the harder it is to accept ourselves. . So the question becomes, can you accept who you are in the very moment? Can you be okay with where are you and still walk through life with a smile on your face? . This is the practice and it’s not an easy challenge. . But the truth is, that the more we shame or deny our imperfections or “ugly” parts, the harder it is to heal, grow and move forward. . We have to have the courage to feel what we feel. Evolution wouldn’t have gifted us with emotions otherwise. . It’s all a part of the beautiful design of what it is to be human. And finding that stillness or peace within, even if it last 2 seconds, is the truth. In this peaceful place within, anything is possible. You have access to this space, everywhere you go, at all times. . Don’t get clouded by what isn’t contributing to your evolution. Instead, focus on what expands you, what comes naturally and what you love. Grundet at håndvægten skal holdes mellem fødderne, fremtvinger det et opspænd i dine adductorer (der bl.a er involveret som stabilisatorer i hofte-flexion & extension), så hvorfor ikke involvere dem. Yderligere må du plantar-flexe dine fødder for at holde vægten, så du nedsætter brugen af gastrocnemius (læg) og må derfor forøge den kinestetiske energi i dine baglår for at flytte vægten. Ydermere ligger du også og klamrer dig fast for ikke at glide ned, så du generere mere spænding over tid i flere muskelgrupper end du normalt ville gøre. Det er en low weight high rep variation. Så gå efter 50-100reps samlet. Særlig god til mellem og lang-distanceløbere.   • Your Pre-Workout Feed… 🍳 - First of all, think of your goals. When looking at fat loss, meal timing is pretty minor, overall calories are king. Meal timing is a minor detail, which comes after total caloric intake and macronutrient composition.🍟 - If you're looking to gain muscle, then spreading your protein over 3-6 meals can help elevate muscle protein synthesis, but anyway I digress slightly.💪🥩 - In terms of performance in the gym though, what and when we eat can play a role, after all being Strength Athletes, we want the best performance we can get in the gym, this meal is to fuel the incoming workout & does not want to detract from it.🏋️‍♂️ - Fat and fibre are slower to digest, so it would make sense to limit their intake a bit more as we get closer to training time. Also, don't forget that carbs are our main source of energy (especially in the gym), so paying a little bit of attention to the GI rating of our carb sources will also play a role.🥐 - The further out we are, the lower the GI, and as we move towards training simpler more easily digestible carbs are what we ideally would be looking at. ⏱ - Why do this?
