Tag a foodie! 💫 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ (grilled lemon chicken, quinoa, steamed broccoli, half an avocado, and a baked parmesan tomato.) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Grilled Lemon Chicken🍋🍗 Add lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to a shallow bowl. Beat with a fork to combine into a dressing. Cut each breast in half to make 4 even pieces about 1/2 inch thick. Add the chicken to the dressing and let marinate for at least 20 mins. Grill 5-7 mins each side or bake on 400 for 25-30 mins - flipping half way through or until golden brown. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Parmesan Tomato🧀🍅 Cut a large tomato in half, place each half onto a baking sheet, and cut side up. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then top with bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.   • 🙂Good afternoon I have made a healthy banana bread recipe. You cook the banana bread on 160 degrees to 180 degrees in an electric oven. 🙂You mash five bananas, four tablespoons of honey, and one hundred and fifty ml pot of natural yogurt.🙂 I used twenty five grams of walnuts but if it is for small children leave out the nuts. 🙂I mixed in two hundred and fifty grams of wholemeal flour aswell as one tablespoon of baking powder. 🙂I used low fat spread to grease the tin and I baked in the oven for one hour ten minutes. 🙂It is nice banana bread with low fat spread or with custard powder you make yourself but put little sugar in it.🙂 This banana bread has one hundred and forty five calories.🙂 Ideal if on a calorie controlled diet or vegan/vegetarian. 🙂Yes it was a really tasty health alternative to chocolate bars and it is ideal in children's lunch boxes.🙂 Have a great wednesday!🙌🙌🙌🙌. #bananabread #caloriecontrolled #vegetarian #bananas #lowfatyogurt #walnuts #idealforlunchboxes

  • Как я был вегетарианцем. Часть 4: «Йолана». • И я начал ходить в кафе, потому-что тупо заебался готовить, не громко заказывая «вегетарианский цезарь», что бы не привлекать внимание нормальных. Поэтому имейте в виду, - вегетарианство это дополнительные расходы. Иначе вы либо заложник кухни, либо глотаете сырые огурцы, запивая молоком. ⠀ И тут пришло очередное открытие! Вместо обещанной лёгкости, на третьей неделе начал болеть живот. Сначала я подумал, что это просто совпадение или там кабачок встал поперёк желудка, да мало ли какие у веганов бывают проблемы, но эта хуйня не прекращалась. Такая покалывающая боль, будто у вас газы, но газов нет. День, второй, неделя… ⠀ Человек удивительное существо, он привыкает ко всему. Через неделю ты уже думаешь: болит живот — значит я существую! Но я пошёл на узи. ⠀ Щупленький тайский доктор ознакомился с результатами, пощупал живот и выдал заключение - "эвэресинг окей!". ⠀- «Да как окей?! Маленький ты пидарас!» закричал я, напугав доктора. ⠀- «Попробуйте не кушать тяжёлую пищу и ешьте побольше овощей!» — подытожил светило науки. ⠀ - «Куда блять больше?!». Тут я ему рассказал за свои овощи, за суп из кольраби и морковный капучино… Он сказал, что никаких отклонений не видит, и всё само пройдёт и желудок сам адаптируется. В очередной раз я убедился, что врач может быть только хирург, польза остальных врачей накручена как ваши подписчики. ⠀ Прошло ещё несколько дней, боль не проходила, живот просто болит. Всё время. Что бы вы не делали. И я решил признаться одной знакомой вегетарианке. Она потратила часть жизни на эту чепуху и казалась мне авторитетом в этом вопросе. Но по сути была совершенно бесполезным существом, к своим сорока годам. Ела себе овощи, не имея, детей, работы, мужика и жопы. - «Йолана (прим. Имя героини изменено), я тут решил стать вегетарианцем…» — начал я неуверенно... ⠀- «Что блять?!» услышал я на другом конце трубки, вместе с кашлем от выпавшей изо рта пищи. ⠀- «Ты прикалываешься надо мной?!» спросила Йолана, в голосе которой отчётливо можно было различить испуг и надежду. Стоит отметить, что постебаться над вегетарианцами было для меня особым блюдом и Йолане доставалось в том числе. • Продолжение следует.
