  • 😍 Buffalo Cauliflower Wings 📷 by @alexafuelednaturally 🚨🚨Recipe: 1 head of cauliflower 1 1/2 Cup unsweetened almond milk 1 Cup brown rice flour 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp of paprika 1/4 tsp sea salt 1/4 tsp ground pepper 1 Cup vegan buffalo sauce INSTRUCTIONS 1.Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper. 2.Next, prepare batter. Mix dry ingredients together, and then add almond milk. Stir with a whisk or fork until well combined. You want the batter thick but pourable so it can stick to the cauliflower… if it is too runny, it won’t stick. 3.Once the oven is preheated, add cauliflower one at a time to the batter to coat. Shake off excess and place on baking sheet. Easiest done with a fork! Give each piece 1 inch of room. 0.Bake for 15 minutes then remove from oven. Carefully dip each cauliflower into buffalo sauce then place back onto baking sheet. Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes! The second round of baking will make them extra crispy!   • 🍄 Creamy vegan Mushroom Stroganoff 📷 by @elavegan 🚨🚨Recipe: Servings: 2 1 onion diced 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced 1 tbsp vegetable oil 11 oz mushrooms, sliced (300 g) 4 tbsp white wine (optional) 1 tbsp tamari or soy sauce 3/4 cup vegetable broth or water (180 ml) 3/4 cup plant-based milk or plant-based cream (180 ml) 2 tbsp cornstarch Spice mixture: 1 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, a pinch of chili flakes, sea salt & pepper to taste 1 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes (optional) Fresh thyme leaves and/or parsley (and/or tarragon), chopped Serve with brown rice or pasta of choice Instructions Heat oil in a large pan/skillet, add onion and fry for about 5 minutes. Add garlic and fry for a further 1 minute. Now add the mushrooms and fry over medium heat for about 5 mins. Pour in white wine (optional), vegetable broth, tamari (or soy sauce), and the spice mixture. @elavegan loves adding nutritional yeast flakes as well but that's optional! Bring to a boil. Add cornstarch to the plant-based milk or cream and stir to dissolve. Pour the milk/cream mixture into the pan and cook on low-medium heat for about 10 minutes until the sauce thickens. Taste and adjust seasonings as to your preference. Add fresh thyme leaves and/or parsley and/or tarragon to taste! Enjoy with brown rice or pasta of choice!   • Raw Vanilla & Sweet potato cheesecake fudge by 💛⠀Recipe:⠀ Ingredients⠀ Makes a 35mm x 35 mm x 35 mm silicone mould x 11⠀ Base: ⠀ 1/3 cup raw walnuts (40g)⠀ 4 Tbsp. shredded coconut ⠀ 2 Tbsp. pumpkin seeds⠀ 1 Tbsp. raw cacao nib⠀ 1 Tbsp. melted raw cacao butter or melted coconut oil⠀ 2 pitted Medjool dates (30g)⠀ pinch of pink salt⠀ ⠀ Sweet potato layer: ⠀ 1/2 cup (60g) raw cashews (soaked 4-5 hours and rinsed)⠀ 1/4 cup (60ml) fresh sweet potato juice (be sure to juice the sweet potato right before using, as to avoid the starch and water from separating)⠀ 2 Tbsp. melted cacao butter⠀ 1.5 Tbsp. raw agave or maple syrup⠀ 1.5 Tbsp. lemon juice⠀ 1/8 tsp cinnamon powder ⠀ pinch of pink salt⠀ ⠀ Vanilla layer:⠀ 1/2 cup (60g) raw cashews (soaked 4-5 hours and rinsed) ⠀ 1/4 cup (60ml) coconut cream⠀ 2 Tbsp melted cacao butter⠀ 1.5 Tbsp raw agave or maple syrup⠀ 1 Tbsp. lemon juice⠀ 1/4 tsp vanilla paste⠀ pinch of pink salt⠀ ⠀ Chocolate layer:⠀ 1/4 cup (60ml, 50g) melted coconut oil⠀ 2.5 Tbsp. (15g) raw cacao powder ⠀ 1.5-2 Tbsp. raw agave or maple syrup at room temperature⠀ ⠀ Instructions:⠀ (1)In a food processor place every ingredient for the base, and process until well processed but still slightly crumbly. Press the crust into the bottom of the moulds.⠀ (2)In a high-speed blender place every ingredient for the sweet potato layer and blend well until smooth. Add more sweetener and lemon juice if you need. Layer the mixture above the base. Freeze them until set. ⠀ (3)Repeat the same process for the vanilla layer. Freeze them until set. ⠀ (4) In a small bowl, whisk together every ingredient for the chocolate layer until smooth. Layer the mixture above the vanilla layer. Cool them in the freezer until set. Kurkuma Brötchen mit Seidentofu-Brokkolicreme Turmeric rolls with silk tofu broccoli cream . 🌱Zutaten:🌱 . Für die Brötchen brauchst du folgende Zutaten: 500g Roggenmehl dunkel 350g Wasser 21g Hefe 10g Salz 8g Kurkuma Schwarzer Sesam (Dekoration) . Für die Seidentofu-Brokkoli Füllung brauchst du: . 150g vorgegarter Brokkoli 250g Seidentofu 30g geröstete Haselnüsse 20g Paniermehl 1Stk Knoblauchzehe Salz und Pfeffer Kresse (Dekoration) . Zubereitung: . Alle Zutaten für die Brötchen zusammenmischen. Den Teig sofort abwägen und in Sternenförmchen drücken. Dies geht am besten mit nassen Händen, da der Roggenteig extrem klebrig ist. Auf den klebrigen Teig den Sesam als Deko draufstreuen. Die Brötchen bei 220° Grad Umluft ca. 20 Minuten backen. . Für die Füllung braucht ihr ca. 150g vorgegarter Brokkoli. Wenn dieser kalt ist mit den anderen Zutaten zusammen mixen. Work your way up the pyramid, firstly by eliminating poisonous ☠️ degenerative foods, non healing, acid ash/pus/mucus forming foods that are not fit for human consumption. The use of botanical herbs while detoxing will enhance and support the elimination process of acids, mucus, toxins and old fecal matter, reducing "healing crisis"and strengthening the body at a cellular level.- - 🍎Detoxification is our bodies natural response to the consumption of mucus forming foods, acids, toxicity and waste in the body.- - 🍓When we eat corpses, secretions, and foods that are cooked or processed, they create acidic cellular waste is our body. These foods create pus/mucus and inflammation, slowing our bodies ability to remove waste.- - 🍒The air we breathe and everything we put on our skin is absorbed into the body as well. Добавьте морковь, кабачек, бальзамический уксус и готовьте еще 2 минуты. ⠀ ⠀ 📍Добавить остальные ингредиенты и довести до кипения. Уменьшить огонь и тушить 10-15 или до готовности.⠀ ⠀ 📍Готовим белый соус: растопить масло в кастрюле. Добавить муку, постоянно помешивая перемашать муку с маслом в однородную массу. Постепенно добавить молоко и постоянно мешать на медленном огне пока соус не приобретет однородную  консистенцию.  Посолить и поперчить.⠀ ⠀ 📍Соберите лазанью. В большой противень добавьте слой смеси чечевицы и овощей, сверху белый соус, а затем слой листов лазаньи. Повторите с большим количеством слоев, заканчивая слоем белого соуса сверху.   • I couldn’t go to a bar in Koreamoku and not order a fried rice dish. I spend a lot of time recreating my favorite “local” dishes, on a budget. So, here it is.. my version of a Garlic Fried Rice. The oriental blood in me couldn’t resist the shoyu, rice vinegar, sesame oil, chopped garlic, onions, mushrooms cooked to a crisp. Turns out I didn’t have green onion, so that was left out. Either way, this plate looked exactly how it did when I pulled it out of the cupboard when I was finished.. CLEAN 🥢🥡🍚

  • Excited to share with you all a recipe that has been one of my favorites for a couple years now! This is my creamy cashew pasta recipe. It’s rich and creamy with a bit of a kick of heat to it. This recipe is completely vegan as well soy and oil free. It can also easily be made gluten free depending on the pasta used! I love using @artisanaorganics raw cashew butter for this recipe. I think it really adds to the creaminess. However, pre soaked raw cashews also work well in this recipe- ✨ ✨ Ingredients- ▪️ 8 oz of your pasta of choice (I used whole wheat)- ▪️1/2 cup @artisanaorganics raw cashew butter- ▪️1/4 cup nutritional yeast- ▪️1/4 tsp garlic powder- ▪️1/4 tsp onion powder- ▪️1/8 tsp cumin- ▪️1/8 tsp Cayenne- ▪️1/8 tsp sea salt- ▪️1/2 tsp corn starch- ▪️dash of your favorite hot sauce- ▪️2 cups water- ✨ ✨ Method- ▪️cook pasta according to package instructions- ▪️add all other ingredients to blender and blend until smooth- ▪️once blended, heat sauce in pan over medium heat, stirring almost constantly until sauce thickens- ▪️stir in cooked pasta to sauce- ▪️serve and immediately enjoy- ✨ ✨ Tip: this is best served as soon as it is ready to keep the sauce rich and creamy. It can be refrigerated and saved for later. However, I recommend reheating it on the stove with a bit of water or plant milk.
