Eat higher calories foods like the ones listed on the left. You want to lean out? Eat foods like the ones listed on the right. Knowing your food plays a big part in hitting your body goals. Finally putting in some good training in! Past two days with 2 x 25k trail run and 2 x two hour indoor bike sessions
To have a good year I always thought that building a solid base is super important. It’s not fun and it’s boring at times but it will pay off!

Здесь были мерзкие люди, но по большей части позитивные и отзывчивые. А главное здесь были МОИ люди, те самые, что должны были быть именно здесь и сейчас ❤️

The world would be a better place, if people would eat a hummus sandwich instead of bacon and eggs for breakfast.
As the president of the hummus foundation it’s my responsibility to tell you that you should rather make your own hummus instead of buying it in a supermarket.
HUMMUS RECIPE in 3,2,1
YOU WILL NEED
1 (15-ounce) can chickpeas or 1 1/2 cups (250 grams) cooked chickpeas
1/4 cup (60 ml) fresh lemon juice (1 large lemon)
1/4 cup (60 ml) well-stirred tahini,
1 small garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons (30 ml) extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for serving
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Salt to taste
2 to 3 tablespoons (30 to 45 ml) water
Dash ground paprika, for serving
* In the bowl of a food processor, combine the tahini and lemon juice and process for 1 minute, scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl then process for 30 seconds more. This extra time helps “whip” or “cream” the tahini, making the hummus smooth and creamy.
* Add the olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, and a 1/2 teaspoon of salt to the whipped tahini and lemon juice. Process for 30 seconds, scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl then process another 30 seconds or until well blended. Open, drain, and rinse the chickpeas. Add half of the chickpeas to the food processor and process for 1 minute. Scrape sides and bottom of the bowl, then add remaining chickpeas and process until thick and quite smooth; 1 to 2 minutes.
* Most likely the hummus will be too thick or still have tiny bits of chickpea. To fix this, with the food processor turned on, slowly add 2 to 3 tablespoons of water until you reach the perfect consistency.
* Taste for salt and adjust as needed. Serve hummus with a drizzle of olive oil and dash of paprika. Store homemade hummus in an airtight container and refrigerate up to one week.
Guys, I managed it to make hummus on my own and I’m the worst cook on planet earth. So you’ll be fine haha.

Here I am 9% body fat on a higher carbed, moderate protein and low fat diet. Sure I’m an athlete and getting ready for stage, in this photo throw back but I still ate carbs and around 200-300 grams a day!

Why work hard to shred body fat to put it all back on again? To feel like ‘shiat’ when your dieting??
This photo is extreme lean, but my message is...the same, it’s possible to eat a balance in fruits, veggies (including potatoes), beans, rice etc. I am also supp free here, no BCAAs, no fat burners, no drugs just a serve of @pranaon protein in my smoothie bowls post workout.
I’m not blessed with genetics, it hard for me to build muscle, as you can see on moderate protein is sufficient to build mass.
