As the storms rolled through Yosemite I B-lined it to get amongst it. The lack of people, the moody vibe, the way the landscape looked and felt sooo different... way better than a bluebird day in the middle of summer!

Owen always has and always will be our resident road life electrician! It was so nice to see him light up (pun intended) when he dove into the designing and outfitting our electrical system in Amelia. Today he released an in-depth breakdown of our electrical system from Amelia on @youtube link in the bio. For those who have been asking for more face time with my lovely camera shy Owen...this is the video for you 😍
The ocean controls my life. I get anxious when I’m not near it, almost feeling claustrophobic when I can’t sit and watch the waves, I find myself craving the salty ocean breeze. I’ll always love exploring new areas, but somehow, I always end up with my feet back in the sand.

Who else has gotten their knee stuck in an offwidth before?🖑
Sorry we have been a little bit quiet on this page lately, we have been busy with our new project @saharapalms but we hope to have some new things with the House and Van to show you soon. Thanks for sticking around 🌻
Happy to say the hound has already settled in well to life on the road. The only prob is she’s claimed the best seat in the house as her own!! She’s also absolutely loving the snow, as we thought she would!
In 2019, we’re starting a brand new chapter in our lives. I thiiiiiiink most people thought we were going to announce we’re pregnant 🤣🤰🏼 buuuuut instead - THIS is our baby.
We both don’t know if kids will be a part of our future but what we DO know is that we have the major itch & passion to travel the country while having some once in a lifetime experiences together.
Traveling full time isn’t for everyone, especially in a van. (We’ve gotten the raised eyebrows and confused looks, believe me.😂) We’re downsizing a LOT but the truth is, we’re both excited about letting go of material things that, at the end of your life, you can’t take with you. What you’ll always have are all the memories you make & the adventures you take.
Traveling will always be my passion and I still have to pinch myself that we’ll be on the road with nothing but a year or two of the most beautiful sights ahead of us.
What about you? If you could travel full time, would you? If you already ate, what has been your most favorite experience so far? .
Wiring the lights and solar was daunting,
but we are almost done! Yaaay! 💡 and ready to get the paneling for the ceiling!
Silver polyiso created cool diffused light while it lasted.. and we bought a really cool multicolor smart light bulb that we can’t wait to PLAY with 😃
now we are ready for the permanence of wood 🔨
