  • The Ministers Tree House, Tennessee, USA 🌳🏠🇺🇲 . At 97 feet tall and supported by 6 different trees, the treehouse built by Horace Burgess is arguably the biggest tree house in the world. . . Burgess, a Minister, started building the tree house after he had a vision from God. According to Burgess, the spirit of God came to him during prayer and told him "If you'll build me a tree house, I'll never let you run out of material" 👼 . Though he never did run out of building materials, unfortunately once it became popular with tourists the site was permanently closed in 2012 due to poor safety standards. Nevertheless, determined visitors still slip beneath the gate or enter through a well worn path and a gap in the chain link fence. . . Have you been here? . 📷 @alexplore23 👨‍💻 Admin @ebearlt

  • Working on some exciting summer plans on this dreary winter day. Hoping to see all the states we have left in the continental US and would love help with ideas and inspiration! This will be our biggest road adventure yet and is going to take some pretty legitimate planning. Anyone have any recommended stops in these states: KS, NE, IA, WI, MN, ND, SD, WY, MT, ID 🙋🏼‍♀️? Looking for fun activities, beautiful sights, delicious foods (possibly a cheese trail in Wisconsin 🤔) and historical landmarks (Mt. Rushmore here we come!) Would love your help friends! Hope you’re having a cozy Wednesday. #roadtripprep #worldschooling #wildandfreechildren #unschooling #homeschooling #roadschooling
