325 lb pendlay row. 30 lbs more than last time 3 months ago.
Squat, still my worst lift on the planet. Felt myself coming forward and fixed it somewhat half way up. Did get 15 lbs more than my last one 3 months ago. 320 lb max.
Decided to end up doing the 10 Year Challenge. Not much as changed, still do a thumbs up in every pick, still got a loyal bicep pump on a daily basis and still (& always will) work my butt off in and out of the gym everyday. Lets hope some things never chance. #10yearchallenge
