Una schiena forte non vuol dire solo avere muscoli ipertrofici e ben in vista ma significa avere una struttura adatta a supportare la nostra colonna che quotidianamente sottoponiamo a sforzi causati dal nostro stile di vita e (cattive) abitudini. ◾️ Quando parlo di schiena non mi riferisco solamente al gran dorsale, ma anche ai lombari, al sacro spinale, al trapezio ... • La maggior parte di quelli che vanno in palestra, ad esempio, allenano in maniera eccessiva e sproporzionata gli addominali (per motivi esclusivamente estetici), trascurando e danneggiando la zona antagonista, appunto i lombari, che, sopraffatti dall’eccessiva ipertrofia della parete addominale, subiscono effetti di compensazione che nel tempo possono presentare dolori, affaticamenti precoci durante l’allenamento e problemi posturali anche nel quotidiano. ⠀⠀⠀ ✅Vi deluderó, ma se pensate che ora vi scriva una scheda con i relativi 4x8 siete fuori strada😅: posso peró consigliarvi alcuni esercizi che reputo tra i migliori per AVERE UNA SCHIENA “FORTE”: 1️⃣Trazioni alla sbarra con presa prona 2️⃣Rematore singolo 3️⃣Estensioni del tronco su panca E vi aggiungo: ❗️Fate meno addominali o per lo meno cercate di equilibrare bene.. allenereste i tricipiti tre volte a settimana e i bicipiti una sola?!? ❗️Allungatevi! Sono 10 minuti ben investiti ... quali allungamenti fare per la schiena? Бежите ли вы с радостью на тренировку, обгоняя трамваи или пинок под попу, потом ещё сто раз «не хочу, но надо»? Как справляетесь с нежеланием вылезать из под одеяла зимой? • Вот мне часто говорят, что я мотиватор😈 Это лучший комплимент для тренера🙏 Мотивировать моя страсть, к спорту, к правильному питанию, к здоровому образу жизни... вот пишу и прям дрожу 😅 Люблю я это🥰 Ещё больше люблю смотреть на изменения! Да-да, как уходит жирок и появляется рельеф, как загораются глаза у девушек, как появляется уверенность и гордость, когда меняют размер с XL на М, потом на S, как улучшается самочувствие.... You’re welcome! - SWIPE 👉🏼👉🏼👉🏼 - 1️⃣ 1 lb ground chicken 2️⃣ 1 cup grated parmesan 3️⃣ 2 tsp chili powder 4️⃣ Turkey Pepperoni 5️⃣ Shredded Mozzarella 6️⃣ Marinara Sauce - - Mix Ground Chicken, Parmesan, Chili Powder together and pat down to make dough/crust - Bake at 400 degrees for 15-18 minutes. - Add toppings of choice and bake again for an additional 5 minutes. Let set and eat up! 💪🏻🍕

  • These are the things that I'm currently doing in an effort to increase my health. . ➡️I used to put a zero calorie sweetener in most of the water that I drank. Recently, I've turned to making a big batch of tea every few days, and drinking that, along with plain water. . Was the zero calorie sweetener a terrible option? No, but tea is a better one. Green and black tea both have a ton of benefits. Now I'm getting those benefits along with keeping myself hydrated. . ➡️Eating a greater variety of fruits. I typically do a pretty good job of getting my fruit in each day, but I'm notorious for getting in the habit of eating the same fruit all the time. This isn't awful, but different fruits offer different vitamins and minerals. Increasing the variety I'm eating gives me a greater variety of benefits. . Also, I discovered that persimmons are crazy good. . ➡️I like to eat....a lot. I don't mean that I really like eating, I do, but I'm saying that I like to eat large amounts of food. In fact, for years I didn't feel satisfied unless I was uncomfortably full. . I currently am (most of the time) simply putting less food on my plate, and subsequently in my mouth. . I tell myself to eat what I put on my plate, and if I'm still hungry in 20 minutes I can eat some more. . The trick here is that it takes about 20 minutes for satiety to kick in. This helps me eat the amount that I need, not the amount that I want. . None of these changes have brought on huge changes in my body. But I can definitely feel a difference. . I'm a little leaner, my guts feel better, and I've got a little more energy. These are all really great things. Especially considering that once they become habitual, I can build on them and reap even more benefits via small changes. . What small changes are you making to positively impact your health?

  • You start right now. _ Whatever idea you have for yourself, whether it be physical appearance, mental fortitude or athletic endurance, starts with you. _ The weights aren’t going to move themselves. _ That book isn’t going to read itself. _ That relationship isn’t going to fix itself. _ It’s all up to you. _ You have to do it, and you have to give it 100%. _ Getting better isn’t a hack or trick. _ Getting better is an action that most people aren’t willing to partake. _ That’s too much work. _ Most people rather sit on their ass and complain about their issues, rather than work towards bettering themselves. _ It takes discipline. _ Hard work. _ And patience. _ Look at your physique. _ What do you see? _ Your physical appearance, is a reflection of your standards. _ This is the identity you reflect upon yourself. _ If you consider yourself an athlete, then there is a certain amount of strength and muscle tone that is available on a regular basis because that is who you are. _ You do whatever you have to do to keep that standard. _ If you give up on your dreams, what do you have left? _ Nothing. _ A mediocre life. _ Sacrifice. _ Consistency. _ Struggle. _ This all will get you greatness. _ You’ve got to be willing to put in that work though. _ Wanna be better? _ Stop looking for a shortcut. _ Make it happen. _ Shirt: @odin.gear Joggers: @odin.gear
