I start off every single morning by standing in front of the mirror in my underwear and telling myself that my body is beautiful. Some days I believe it more than others, but everyday it helps me to accept it as truth.

This is a standard leg routine that I do sometimes. 🥵
I always plan my leg days with some compound exercises being at the core (this is the bulk of my leg day 🍑🦵🏾) then I add fillers such as jump squats or glute kickbacks.
1️⃣ squat walks using the cable machine (this works really well as a super set❗️)
2️⃣ squats using the cable machine (ideally I like to do actual barbell squats but this is a great modification if the barbell is not available or you have knee problems)
3️⃣ leg press (100kg) i don’t do too much of this as I’ve noticed it really bulks up my thighs (& tbh I think their big enough 😂) with this I do as many as I can and go for full reps. When it begins to get too much i go for half reps to finish off.
In terms of the weight I go as heavy as I can on leg days and go for 4-5 sets per exercise & between 12-15 reps per exercise ❗️

Where did my BOOBS go? 😳 what they DON‘T TELL YOU about, LOOSING WEIGHT! 🙌🏽 🍀 Hello my beautiful sunshine’s!! So since we’re in this journey together, I’ve been preaching about how great I feel after loosing 40 LBS! WHICH I DO 💯 BUT ➡️ is there anything else I haven’t mentioned? 😏
1️⃣ YOUR BOOBIES GO SMALLER. Yep, indeed, that’s a fact. RIP to the fun and jiggle. Since your breast are mostly FAT, they‘ll automatically go smaller (by doing cardio, hiit, weightlifting..) WHICH is NOT A BAD THING! Your bra size will drop BUT you can actually TRAIN them to become perky and uplifting 😈 Where are my „I lost a bra size too“ queens!? ☺️
2️⃣ THROW AWAY YOUR JEANS! Period. The end. 👖Since I’m weightlifting and since my lower body is getting stronger I don’t have ANY pair of jeans that fits around my quads, WAIST, or booty. The booty is too tight, my quads can NOT breathe and my waist is ready invite some friends to fill up that space. DO YOU STILL WEAR JEANS!?🤣 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3️⃣ some PPL BELIEVE YOU ARE IN A CONSISTENT DIET. Example: I don’t drink coke no more bc my taste has changed. When someone offers me smth sweet to drink I refuse. Then they come up with: „right, you’re on your diet.“ 🙂🙂🙂not everyone’s going to understand your lifestyle. Don’t let that ever affect you in living healthy and becoming the BEST version of yourself! 💕
