Ok, I may have not been as fit as I wanted to be on the beach but, I feel like I’m always saying that, because I’m ALWAYS striving to be better! But I still walked around like I was confident in my own skin.💃 .
•BALANCE- crazy dieting never works for me. Going on a trip the week after Christmas was hard on me at first, I was stressing about over eating and treating myself but that always results in binge eating for me. I focused on balance these holidays, I ate my healthy meals but had a chocolate or dessert here and there because that’s what I crave. .
• BE CONFIDENT- no one notices the bloat or couple pounds other than you. Just try ur best and don’t beat yourself up for eating something that wasn’t in your plan. Confidence is beautiful !
. . •TAKE RESTS - I took a week off the gym and let my body fully recover. I didn’t regret it or feel the need to workout while on vacation, I needed that time to rest AND TAN, all day 😜. Getting back into the gym wasn’t hard, once I came back I got back in my zone. Definitely missing vacay tho.. Need help or tips finding balance in your life or meal plans? Shoot me a message and I’d love to help! I’m no expert but I definitely have some personal experience and would love to help anyone I can . .
