#flashbackfriday 😍 one of our first climbing trips outside France was here, where we climbed this amazing peak in the middle of the sea. It’s hard to capture the beauty with photos, but on top of this tower was just a stunning panoramic view of the sea and the sky wandering endlessly in all directions. Who can name this destination? 😁
In less than a month we’re off to a new little adventure...soooo stoked!!! Travelling through climbing is truly like nothing else, and I’m so grateful to be able to explore the hidden gems of the world through my passion ☺️☺️☺️

💥8 AB Exercises + 1 bar with a Yoga Ball💥
The core is the center of your body (the back and front), in my opinion it is crucial to strengthening & should never be overlooked. Think of it like roots to a tree. This applies to anyone, whether your overweight or your goal is a 6 pack. A strong core = a strong foundation/body.
🧗♂️Planking is my go to core exercise on the floor for basics, I actually use them to warm up. Otherwise a majority of my favorite ab exercises involve hanging using a bar. I enjoy mixing it up by holding a yoga ball or weight ball. Give it a try. Don't drop off the bar until the end, keep that core tight. Add a weighted ball for intensity upgrade.
5-8 Reps Per Exercise. 15 to 30 Secs Per Hang. Try to aim for 60-90 secs for 1 total set. Do about 3 Sets.

3. Pull Ups
4. Scissor Kicks
5. Windshield Wipers
6. L- Sit Hold
7. L-Sit Pull Up
8. Ab Circles Around Ball

Im working on some climbs that I’ve tried before, but now I have to make sure I take my time with it. Have mindful feet have mindful eyes and this is hard. I wanna muscle through I need to keep my feet on the wall more and figure out if I can do things statically too. This translates directly into life. I walk into places and I’m always going and going, constantly frazzled by the last thing I did I need to take my time to settle in and look 👀 really pay attention. Why do you think I’m so accident prone? Lol duh cuz I don’t pay attention.
