This morning on the border of the Mission District and Noe Valley. ☔️
After grabbing breakfast at Chloe’s Cafe in Noe Valley this morning, I ventured around the Noe-Mission-Bernal area as the rain began to fall.
Whenever I’m out and about I tend to take quite a few of these ‘perspective’ shots - the type of shots looking down a row of repeating windows from the side. 📸
Something about them screams ‘San Francisco’ to me, but for whatever reason I don’t share as many as I take - and I certainly don’t share as many as I used to.
But when I looked at this after I took it today, I felt like it really captured the dampness, colors, and architecture of a gray and rainy morning in the Mission - the shoes dangling from the power line, and the Mexican flag in the window made it feel especially appropriate for the Mission.
Happy Friday, friends! 😁🍻🥂🍾🎉

Had a great meeting with my client @gmp.cars in the Bay Area. They have eight shops throughout the Bay Area and are a one stop shop for all your car needs. It’s quite impressive the cars they have there! #gmpcars#sanfrancisco#bayarea#novato

☘️CBDs are not all made the same 😷 Isolates, distillates, broad spectrum, full spectrum.. What does it all mean?
Isolates - are extracted with solvents (usually butane or CO2) and only contain one compound, typically CBD. The issue with isolates is you are only getting one piece of the puzzle.
Distillate - are typically made with alcohol or CO2 and are heated to high temperature. Usually cooking off most of the beneficial components.
Broad spectrum - is usually made using the whole plant, flower, stalk, leaves. And only contain cannabinoids such as CBD and THC. These are usually made using heat and solvents.
Full Spectrum - means every beneficial component is extracted from the plant. All of the cannabinoids, terpenes, flavinoids, fatty acids and minerals. Our full spectrum extraction process does not use any heat or solvents, which means all of the beneficial components are left raw and intact and there are no residual chemicals left behind. One of the biggest benefits of full spectrum is called the "Entourage effect", which essentially means all of the beneficial components work together with your body to create a synergistic effect and increased benefits 🐸
