Happy Wednesday, friends! 🤗
Today was an incredibly rainy and windy day here in San Francisco and it reminded me of a bunch of rainy day photos that I took last month when I did a relaxing weekend staycation at the Hilton San Francisco Financial District (@hiltonfidi) - but never got around to sharing with you! 😬

I remember I walked out of the hotel on a Sunday afternoon, walked a few blocks up to explore North Beach and check out some of the restaurants and bars there, and the next thing you know it began to pour rain! Luckily I had my camera to take some pics, but unfortunately no umbrella. 🤦🏻♂️
Went back to the hotel, took a nap and then went back out at night to take some rainy night shots in North Beach and Chinatown....before getting some late night take out Chinese food and taking it back to the hotel room - sat on the balcony, ate my takeout chinese, and admired the view of Coit Tower right in front of me, all lit up at night. 🥡🥢😬
These are some of my favorite photos from that afternoon/evening.
Hope you had a great Wednesday, and managed to stay dry! 💦
When you stop and look around this life is pretty amazing. With every sunset comes the hope of a new dawn, because in the end the sun still sets on every day.
The #deYoungetersStudio was great. The kids are able to play with colors, textures, shapes, and create virtual sculptures. We went in here two time. We started in here so the kids could explore and then used the info from there to look at artwork. Once it seemed like the kids needed a break, we went back to the studio. Such a great space. #thebay#sanfrancisco#goldengatepark#familytravel

The crossing of Market and California streets in downtown San Francisco. I found this location to be unique because you can see the historic San Francisco Cable Car (est. 1878) that starts from here at Embarcadero along California St (above ground) and the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART, est. 1972) cross from under the ground along Market Street, not to mention the buzz of the Financial District all around the area.
“I’m not gonna give a pep talk, we’ve had enough of that, it’s ACTION people!” Please swipe right and watch these videos, this girl is INCREDIBLE and says all the right things. Are you willing to listen?
