  • | LUNCH RUN 12KM - 150D+| 🇦🇨 Perfect way to clear the mind during the lunch break👌 🇫🇷 Si j'étais vraiment, vraiment pas sympa je commencerais ce post par une petite blagounette. Un petit " il parait qu'à Paris on ne voit pas le soleil très souvent, venez chez nous 😃". Mais en même temps pour avoir vécu de ce côté du périph et avoir ouvert ma fenêtre bien des fois sur une brume épaisse, je vais éviter de trop titiller mes abonnés parisiens 😘 Tenez bon les gars et achetez une lampe de luminothérapie c'est  la solution à tous vos problèmes 🤗 ▪▪Moi de mon côté j'ai plutôt bien kiffé. Sauf à la minute 5' où j'ai littéralement failli m'exploser la tronche sur une plaque de verglas ( oui on a du soleil mais quelques obstacles en compensation) ☠ Et à la minute 50 quand j'ai commencé à m'attaquer à cette superbe côte interminable sous un soleil de plomb, et que je me suis rappelé que je n'avais PAS DE DOUCHE au boulot. Ça promettait une aprem bien transpirante 😅 ▪▪Et sinon? Et bien j'attaque ma 3ème semaine sans sucres. Tout va bien, je ne me jette pas sur mes collègues lorsqu'ils découpent la 5ème galette de la semaine 🙄 Je ne lance pas des clémentines sur mes colocs qui bouffent des Twix 😰 Je suis plutôt zen pour une nana qui aurait vendu un bras pour un carré de chocolat il y a quelques semaines 😉 ET TOI?   • Soleus Strain Last of our running series by Jake! 📝The soleus muscle lies beneath the gastrocnemius muscle in the calf. Due to its anatomical position and being made up of predominately slow twitch muscle fibres its main function is to keep the human body upright. 💪🏻☝️ - - - During long distance running this is the main muscle used to exert force over a prolonged period of time on the Achilles tendon (above). And as explained in a previous post with around 12.5 times the body weight going through the Achilles tendon during running then it’s easy to understand how much force and load is being created by this muscle during long distance running. 😥 - - - Well then how does someone run a marathon without getting a soleus strain? This comes down to risk factors and the most important thing...LOAD MANAGEMENT! Muscle imbalance, weakness, stiffness and poor stability/balance anywhere along the leg and even up into the core can play a big factor in the risks of developing a soleus strain. 🙏 - - - However, the biggest factor that causes this common injury is OVERTRAINING and poor LOAD MANAGEMENT! I ella és una d'aquestes 3. Valia la pena. Pel que ha explicat, la cosa va de perseguir somnis. Un dia que no tenia res més a fer va fotre's a una cursa sabent que tot déu se la menjaria, però bueno que era igual, bàsicament hi anava per veure de què anava el rotllo i passar-ho bé trotant per la muntanya. Per sorpresa seva, va guanyar. I des d'allà, podríem dir que ha petat tots els rècords.   • 10km : S.5/J.1 : Je me suis (enfin) mis dans la tête que penser que « plus on court vite en footing, plus on progresse » est une véritable hérésie dans la vision de l’entraînement. Il est vrai que j’allais beaucoup trop vite dans les séances uniquement dites « footing », qui correspondent généralement à 62% en moyenne de sa VMA. Aussi après m’être légèrement déchiré les fibres musculaires du fessier (on remercie les montées contre le vent) ; j’ai voulu suivre à la lettre les conseils universels quant à un bon entrainement, mais aussi pour une agréable et non brutale récupération. Et je n’en suis pas déçu - 134bpm en moyenne - au poil ; très content.
