I debated on doing the “pre/post” picture post due to being so embarrassed with the pre picture. But I hope it motivates someone to give the Renaissance periodization diet a go! Especially if they are close to throwing in the towel. I couldn’t be happier with my results from @rpstrength@rp_transformations . I did the 12 weeks fat loss program with CrossFit 4-5 days a week and rock climbing 2 Days as week. Top pictures are 180lbs, bottom pictures are 156lbs (I am 5’9”) after 12 weeks. What’s crazy is in the top picture I was doing CrossFit and rock climbing 3-5 days a week! It proves how important diet is!
Fat loss 3 was very challenging, but it was only temporary and worth it! I am now in my second month of Maintence at about 156-160lbs and will start new base in a few weeks. My strength, endurance, and climbing has improved as well. It took hard work, dedication, and lots of meal prep! I tried to think about just making one good decision at a time. I don’t see this as a “diet”, I see it more as a lifestyle change.
