This post will deal with one of the most controversial topics in the bible. That being the Hebrews 4"4 account that says "For he spake in a certain place of the SEVENTH DAY ON THIS WISE, And God did REST THE SEVENTH DAY FROM ALL HIS WORKS"" Again, this is not literal. In peoples attempts to make this literal, we find debates on whether the 7th day is Sunday or Saturday or that day etc but truthfully speaking, its none of the above lol.
Let us remember, in previous posts I've explained that all is within and these esoteric stories are based on the expansion of transcendental consciousness and biochemistry with the brain, limbic and central nervous system as the point of focus. So when Hebrews 4:4 states that God did rest on the 7th day it becomes very clear. This verse is in reference to the meditation process, in which consciousness is transmuted into 7 levels. These 7 are "the state of waking, deep sleep, dreaming, transcendental, cosmic, god, and unity consciousness also known as the 7 chakras or 7th heaven. Hence why 7 the number of completion Note i said that in reference to meditation you will see words used such as be still, stand still and in this case "Rest". It's through meditation and such practices that we reach the 7th day of rest/7th level of consciousness and transcend our mundane reality and into a higher consciousness.
So by putting the pieces together, it's safe to say that the "God did rest on the 7th day" verse is a reference to the state of unity consciousness (7th chakra) that is reached when the individual goes within via deep state meditation. Simply by going within we can reach god in a way that a religion or church could never because our bodies are temple that already has the divine connection. We merely abandon what was already given to us at birth by chasing the external reality presented to you by your programmers #meditation#occult#rest#Karuizm_

Yesterday was my first day back at the gym for about a week and a half! It included an extremely sweaty leg day which I am still sore from 😅 followed by a terrible migraine that went throughout the night and early morning. I haven’t been as consistent as I would’ve liked to have been this past month but life happens 🤷🏼♀️ something I tend to forget when I return from long breaks is to take it easy, I won’t be lifting my max and doing as many sets because my muscles took a vacation 😅 this tends to lead to migraines from over straining myself and soreness which I usually expect. This is one of those dishes that you eat slow because it’s so good and you don’t want it to be gone 😋. This morning I went grocery shopping before breakfast. Could have been a big mistake, but I managed to do all of my over shopping in the veggie isle. The pasta here is half and half rice noodles and lentil protein pasta, and the veg I used were spinach, tomatoes, onion, pepper, mushroom, eggplant, and added some double protein tofu too. I was going to add that broccoli but there was no more room in the pan 😂!! Spiced with lots of dried herbs and crushed red pepper. So. So. Good. Can’t be more happy, humbled, grateful and full of gratitude for every moment on and off stage!!! It’s been a fun adventure sometimes ups and sometimes down! When I say down- it’s more to emphasise it’s not always plain sailing like sometimes people think since my full time career is dance. It’s a blessing to do what I love and to be connected to so many people through it!!! .

Overwhelm has been occurring over and over lately.
I’m working full time at Collins Chiropractic. Health coaching part time. Enrolled in a mastery program for further schooling on coaching.
I find myself constantly working on one thing or another. Relaxing, sitting down (without studying), or doing nothing hasn’t really been part of my life lately. I’ve had two minor meltdowns in the past week, which I must say is longer than I expected to last without a meltdown. The internal dialogue is just this over and over:
“BUT WHAT IF I LET SOMEONE DOWN!? WHAT IF IT DOESN’T ALL GET DONE? I SIMPLY DON’T HAVE TIME TO REST. IF I DON’T DO THIS RIGHT NOW, FUTURE ME IS GOING TO HAVE EVEN MORE WORK TO DO.”
I’ve become fatigued, snappy and scattered in my mind. I missed the wake up call that actually happened a few weeks ago, but I promptly ignored because I “don’t have time to meltdown about how tired and busy I am.” It’s time I took my own advice and looked at rest as something that is just as productive as making lists and checking things off.
I told myself that December would be a month of rest. I’ve been doing a pretty bad job of it so far.
But I’m committing (over and over) to breaking the belief that my productivity = my worth.
Rest is not a luxury. It is necessity. 🛌
I’m doing a lot. And I’m thankful for all of it. (Yes, all of it.) I’m doing a lot of what I love. With a lot of people I love. And I know it’s heading towards something incredible. ⚡️ But for now, it’s time to sit down. Sit in the discomfort of not doing anything with my hands or my mind. It’s time to get used to stillness, and invite in peace.
