An absolute necessity is seeking moments like this.
I've had a work schedule change, I'll be having more time off. I'm putting out there that I'd like to use some of that time off to explore volunteer opportunities within the Shiprock and Farmington areas, and the Albuquerque and surrounding communities. So, if you have a suggestion private message me. I'm shy, so no public speaking gigs for me. I like animals and I like being outdoors. With that note if ya'll know of any cool hiking or off-roading or camping groups that can stimulate my curiosity of geology, astronomy, history, and general learning, share the wealth and let me know. I'm quiet and I don't start trouble, you'll hardly know I'm there. Oh, and if ya'll know of any classes as well for anything from weaving to welding to carpentry to marksmanship to making cookies, hunting/fishing, kite making, dog grooming, whatever I'd appreciate a suggestion. I'd like to get better at everything, and I like to stay busy. Thanks. One group I'd like to get involved with is those that do the resupply along the CDT trail. And also trail maintenance groups. Oh, and remember to rock on! .........................................

Beam me up Scotty!⠀
Mt Elbert under a beam of mid-day sun. The views of the Sawatch and Mosquito ranges surrounding Leadville are nothing short of spectacular. This region is dubbed the Top of the Rockies since many of Colorado’s highest peaks are right here.
BnW section shot of the panorama I shared the other day of the Organ Mountains. It’s this field of view that actually caught my eye, but then when I got into position, I realized it was prime pano opportunity. Happy Saturday👍😁

WOW! An absolutely stunning capture during last night’s Geminid Meteor Shower.
