So amazing being back in the studio doing what I really love! Today was Audrey’s first day of official training as well and of course, she rocked it! I am so excited to have her on board with me! Aria slept so good (as in we were finished within 90 minutes good!! We did mom/baby posing, family posing, two sibling poses, dad/baby posing, three variations with the bucket, wrapped in the bowl pose, the frog, side line, bum up, bum up wrapped, timber, and potato sack in the bed! Dream baby status for sure! Also, sorry that my lighting sucks in the studio! I hope to one day get better daylight lifting lol! Can’t wait to share final images but here are my behind the scenes take from today on my iPhone!
10 year challenge or whatever... Lol I do love my hand-paws in the first picture 😂💕just a young pup! Actually in some ways I feel like I look older in 2009! Maybe it was the way I did my makeup. Ps: i know juicy velour was so in but was yellow hair? Prob not. 😂
Why you should never compare your body to what your #fitspo 's look like on Insta...
Everyone wants to look their best when showing a progress photo of themselves right? Of course we do. So we pose, we tense, we flex, we even choose the right lighting and then most likely add a filter before it gets anywhere near social media. It's not real!! Well, it kinda is, but it's the best version... the edited highlight!
Pic 1- breathing out, bloated tum and terrible posture.
Pic 2- standing up straight and breathing normally.
Pic 3- evvvvvverything tensed and I might pass out from not breathing out! But it's Insta worthy
I was taking my photos this morning for day one of the @jamessmithpt 12 week Bali Challenge, and to start with I did not like them one bit. Why? Because I wasn't posed, my belly was sticking out, I wasn't flexed or pumped from the gym. It was just me, standing there picking out all the bits I don't like. Silly huh? Remember guys, what you see on here isnt real life! We all have body hang ups, we all have wobbly bits, some of us have stretchmarks, cellulite and a bit of excess skin too if like me you've lost a lot of weight. Stop comparing yourself to Six pack Sally with her rock hard abs and tight ass in her gymshark leggings... she probably has rolls when she sits down too, and no doubt there's cellulite under the leggings!
