👉Flexibility in meal plans is key. Why restrict the food you love? By doing so the while progress of reaching your goal will not be enjoyable.
💻CASE: I have a client I'm working with named Bel. She is doing a great job and absolutely killing things. We started her off using a set meal plan with clean foods. We realised after the first 5 weeks that this wasn't sustainable for her lifestyle. Simple solution. We adjusted and created a macro meal plan to allow Bel to eat when she could, also allowing her to consume foods that are not considered 'healthy' but got her daily macronutrient requirements, making things far more easier for her to follow.
