💥NEW YEAR FITNESS GOALS💥
Hey guys!👋 I wanna talk about something that I haven’t discussed on my IG yet, and that’s what I plan to do with my fitness goals in the New Year. Currently, I’m not on any meal plan, & I’m going to the gym consistently as well as training pole a couple of days a week.
What I’m doing now isn’t bad, it’s just not where I want to be. My calories everyday are all over the place: I’ll under eat one day, and over eat the next. I’ll eat healthy at one meal, and binge eat on junk the next. I have no structure or organization, and while it’s working right now, again, it’s not where I want to be. 😣
BUT for the New Year, I want to change all that. I want to structure my eating more, and create a healthy meal plan that I can follow easily, and work it around my work & gym schedule. I’m taking a holistic nutrition course right through @alivehealth which has really helped me to gain better insight on what to eat, when to eat, how to meal plan & prep, and just basically how to do it all right. I’ve been wanting to use my new knowledge to devise a meal plan that has me on a slight bulk in the new year (more calories than I’m expending) so I can increase my volume & training at the gym, and then reassess my meal plan around spring time 😄🌱
As for gym goals in the new year, with my new bulking program I’m going to start training harder, and lifting heavier. I want to be more serious with my training & eating goals, but still allow myself some flexibility with a cheat meal here and there 🤪 & making sure I listen to my body when it’s injured, and actively recovering when it does happen 💪
TL/DR? Here’s my summary of my 2019 fitness goals below 👇
👉maintain healthy bulk through excess calories
👉train harder, lift heavier 👉be flexible, cheat meals once in a while are fine, & listen to my body when it’s sore & needs rest -

Check me out dancing in heels!!! We decided to dance in the show on Thursday and by Saturday we were performing. Since I was a child I have loved to dance but remembering routines is my nemesis. You would think choreographing it myself would help but nah I still forgot bits 😂. Thanks @justinajustin my doubles partner in crime 😍
