Simple dinner tonight - a little veggie noodle bowl with avocado, olives, and seed bread (from my cookbook!) with vegan cream cheese and chives on top. When I get about 2/3 of the way through the loaf, I cut it lengthwise, for more surface area for toppings. Side note - air fryers can also toast things... 😂
🍑 ON BULKING
From the very beginning my primary fitness focus was ALL about the ABS since I’ve never had any muscle definition there and got the worst #IBS / #bloating — my mid-section looked like a full blown balloon with a dent and twigs poking into it☃️ Cute sight but not who I was aspiring to be
After a long time of controlled cardio, dynamic training and doing plant-based my abs are stably showing🙏🏼 And so finally I thought, IT’S ABOUT TIME to GO BIG💥 Afraid any uptake in food will cause slow digestion and muffle my hard-earn abs definition, I’ve been ehhhh, testing it, testing it.... and finally I sucked it up towards end of year and gone with ~150% caloric intake everyday well above my daily expenditure including all the healthy meals I’ve been doing and some fries here and there😋 Over the course of just 1/2 month: 🔥 Feeling full and rush of blood to the gut after regular meals but will go hungry every 2 hours meaning eating more is enjoyable rather than dreadful
🔥 Getting the macros right 👉🏼 Complex Carbs⬆️ Complete Protein⬆️ Healthy Fats ⬆️ Empty Carbs ⬇️ Animal Fat 0️⃣
🔥 Getting the micros in 👉🏼 Choose nutrients dense food like kale, spinach, cruciferous veg., bell peppers, shrooms, tomatoes... Plant foods don’t produce empty calories! All the nutrients are put there by nature and turn your cells into excellent receptors and creators for lean bodybuilding
🔥 Observable gains at the lower body; max. gain at 2kg, feeling the inner strength kicking!!!
🔥 Slight pouch started showing which I’m going to accept. Maybe that’s all stress. Just going to rest and relax more💚
Thanks @nuzesthk for helping me meet my daily target on complete protein and nutritious, tasty calories on days I’m the most busy 💕

We all adore avocado toasts, right? But eating bread is actually not my habit...so why not to use veggies as a toast? Sweet potato is my choice 💚 Botanically, the sweet potato belongs to the bindweed or morning glory family (I like it), whereas the white potato sits in the nightshade family. Sweet potatoes are a rich source of fibre as well as containing an array of vitamins and minerals including iron, calcium, selenium, and they're a good source of most of our B vitamins and vitamin C. One of the key nutritional benefits of sweet potato is that they're high in an antioxidant known as beta-carotene, which converts to vitamin A once consumed. Sounds way better than bread for me. And when topped with certified organic hand picked @avocadoorganic grown in Fallbrook California, with some homemade sauerkraut, pistachios and sprouts it is just a jam to my soul. Do you think we should add this bread alternative to the menu in @lovecado_bar?
We think every mom is a supermom.

Spicy pinto bean balls! These are full of protein, flavour and healthy AF. They can be served as meatballs on some pasta, in a wrap/sub/taco or as a topper on a salad. The possibilities are endless. .
First step - blend the following in a food processor: .
1/4 cup walnuts
2 TBSP chia seeds
1 TBSP garlic powder
1 tsp cayenne powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp mustard powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper .
Second step - mix following in a large bowl followed by adding all items to a food processor: .
1 398 ml can of pinto beans (drained & rinsed)
1/3 cup chopped mushrooms
1/4 cup parsley
1/4 cup grated carrots
1/8 cup diced onion
Juice of one fresh squeezed lime .
Blend all items in step one and two together. Once everything is all distributed evenly throughout, add 1 - 2 TBSP’s of chickpea flour to blend at a time. Total amount of chickpea flour added will equal 1/4 of a cup. .
Form medium to largish sized balls (my recipe made 11). Without overlapping, cook the balls 10 minutes at 360 F. Once time has expired, flip those balls over and cook for another 10 minutes. In the food processor that I cooked, the first batch I made 4, second batch I made 5 and last batch I made the last 2 standing. .

1️⃣ Feet to wall burpee **use the lower abs to hop the feet up to the wall. 💥Modification: slow it down, so you’re not hopping your feet to the wall you step one at a time. You should NOT feel this in your lower back. If you lower back starts arching/over compensating for the core then take it to the floor and do regular burpees.
2️⃣ Arms overhead firmly pressing against the wall for CONSTANT TENSION on the core. Pull the belly button into the spine so the lower back firmly presses against the ground and alternate heel taps to the floor slowly and controlled.
3️⃣ Plank/hands to wall + triceps pushups 💥 Modification: 1 hand at a time to the wall and triceps push-up on knees.

THEN & NOW: 2009 - 2018
From booze to matcha green tea lattes. 🙌🏼🌱🙌🏼🌱
THEN - 2009
18 yo, I was desperately seeking for validation. I wanted to be seen so much, and was desperate for attention. My low self esteem and confidence led me to search for an instant fix or relief for not feeling good enough. I chose to drink until the point of blacking out almost ever time I would party with friends. I was the girl falling everywhere, a complete mess and I often times would disappear at parties - only to then wake up the next day not knowing where I was. I had the most negative outlook on life, the most pessimistic, half empty cup human I knew. 😂
NOW - 2018
27 yo, green smoothies and matcha lattes are my addiction. 🙈 I have re- written my story - and realized I am the creator of my reality. I choose to make healthier choices for myself because I want to be the happiest, most thriving, authentic version of myself because I know I am worth it. I aim to fully feel, to express myself authentically and I do not apologize for my all the parts of myself that make me my unique, badass self.
I love early mornings and spending as much time in nature as I possibly can while also training like a beast in the gym most days of the week.
I know I have a purpose and place in this little world and it keeps getting better & better. I know that by improving myself - I am in turn helping inspire those that I’m surrounded with.
I live life on my own terms - always! 💪🏼
I made some massive changes in this length of time and did not happen over night - it took a lot of trial, error and experimentation but I’ve always led with an open mind and heart.
Looking back on our far I’ve come is a treasure.
And just know no matter where you are at in your journey - there is always an opportunity for change, you just have to be willing to choose to change.
Know your WHY and never give up.
Thank you thank you for everyone that has guided me and helped me along the way.
I love you all!
