  • Mini cut starts today🔪 . This was not @dynamite_d and I’d plan at all but 💩 happens so here we are . I injured my back Wednesday night and can’t lift weight until it’s healed which could be around 2 weeks, so instead of pushing food like we were planning, here comes the accidentally timed cut😂 . When I found out that I couldn’t work out, I was mad. I was sad. I cried😂 but I got over it. . If this would have happened a year ago, I would have restricted my food. Seen how little I could possibly eat to get by because I didn’t earn it. I didn’t deserve to eat. . Food is not a right, it’s a necessity. You need food to recover, you don’t “get to eat” because you did something to earn it. . So to all my girls out there that feel that way, it’s real. I know, I’ve been there. . But remember that you are worth it. You don’t need to earn the right to live. You deserve to be happy. You deserve to feel healthy. You matter my love💜 . But anywayyssss I’m excited that this is my starting point.   • Czy Twoje zdrowie nie jest najlepszą motywacją do ćwiczeń? 😀❤️❤️ Aktywność fizyczna jest podstawą naszego zdrowia, świetnie wpływa na naszą psychikę poprawiając nastrój i oczywiście kształtuje wygląd naszego ciała. 🏃‍♀️ Ruch nie jest niczym nieprzyjemnym lecz trudno się nam zmotywować. 🥴 Należy więc w sobie wypracować ten nawyk i włączyć go do codziennych zajęć .💪 Głównym powodem nie ćwiczenia jest najstarsza wymówka świata: nie chce mi się. 😩 Ciężko mieć na taką wymówkę logiczną odpowiedź. Jedyne co możemy zrobić to po prostu zapanować nad własnym lenistwem i się zmusić. 😬 Dobrym sposobem jest wykupienie karnetu na siłownie. 🏋🏻‍♂️ Wiedząc, że stracimy pieniądze skutecznie zmusimy się do podniesienia z kanapy i wyruszenia na zajęcia.🚘 Warto też zapisywać swoje postępy. Słowo pisane ma ogromną moc!
