We are NOT closed but we encourage you to take a break! You are allowed to pause and go on hiatus for your spiritual well being! We must be mindful of our diet (not just food) but everything we consume through our eyes, ears, and heart! Often times we invite negative vibes in our space by simply turn on the TV or scrolling our social media. It's ok to take a break... You won't miss much maybe one good meme or another #challenge but that's it. You will reap more benefits from your break than you realize, like peace of mind, better sleep, slower mind chatter, increased compassion and mental clarity. Use the time you would normally be plugged in to do things you love or have put off... We often say we don't have time, what we really mean is we waste it. This line from Kurt Vonnegut’s Man without a Country is passed through the internet quite often. I've stumbled upon it years ago and it's stayed with me since. Every fleeting moment of peace I’ve experienced or felt, I’ve tried to acknowledge it in order to immortalize it forever. It’s the little things such as a friend shooting me a msg saying “saw this and it made me think of you”, petting a dog when I’m on a walk, fresh watermelon juice in the morning, the sound of the waves lapping the shoreline. In those moments, I tell myself, wow, I’m so happy or this is happiness. And on my down days, I try to remember and keep it close to my heart
