Banana Protein Chocolate Frosty 🍌😍🍦I can’t believe how awesome of a texture of “ice cream” this recipe makes. It honestly is like a chocolate frosty from Wendy’s and it tastes great! No added sugar, lots of protein, and the silkiest texture you’re going to find. You guys have to try this one out 😎😎
I haven’t been this excited to share a recipe in a long time.
⠀ This one is something special😎I was experimenting with frozen bananas the other day and I’ve seen others make versions of “nice cream” but I’ve never had the inclination to try it. This stuff is unreal and it’s so incredibly easy to make, it will be rude of you guys to not try it 😉 All you have to do to make it is throw the frozen bananas in a blender and turn it on to start churning. Add the milk slowly until you reach your desired consistency. Then add the whey protein powder and cocoa powder to taste. If you like a chocolatey flavor then add more cocoa powder! I tried making it with casein protein as well and using casein makes it even creamier and silkier than whey but the gross casein flavor that comes with the powder when you don’t cook it is still there, so I don’t recommend it.
I use whole milk to make mine but you could use almond milk or skim milk to lower calorie content even further. I think the fat from the whole milk helps with the flavor though so I have to recommend using full fat milk.⠀⠀⠀⠀

👉recipe adapted from @_littlemissfoodie & @eatsbyames : 1 small zucchini (grated, press out excess water in a colander) + 1 small carrot (peeled & grated) + 1 egg + 1 egg white + 1/4 cup @bobsredmill almond flour + 2 Tbsp grated Parm + 1/4 tsp each garlic & onion powders + 1/8 tsp salt + 1 tsp hot sauce (optional). Cook in greased waffle maker till crispy 5-10 min.

One of the biggest “dieting” mistakes is to eat high protein & as little fat & carbs as possible.
This can result in low energy & fatigue (both mentally & physically) because is throws off your hormones, which can then interrupt other systems in the body. This kind of meal planning is set up for failure because when you’re body doesn’t get what it needs, you feel hungry all of the time.
Carbs & fats are actually extremely beneficial, especially when you are dieting b/c you are already putting your body under stress, so you want to keep your hormones in balance. What i recommend for weight loss is to eat around 10-15% below your maintenance and then get sufficient protein which is just around 0.8-1 grams per lbs of bodyweight. I’d recommend simply getting adequate protein, and then just filling in the rest of your calories w/ carbs & fats however you prefer, it should come pretty naturally🍫🥔
Main takeaway👉 Don’t think that you have to cut out all carbs & fats from your diet and eat egg whites & spinach all day. . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We’ve made it even easier to skip the processed foods! You can make garlic knots with ease to accompany your favorite Italian foods instead of frozen garlic bread.
Use 1 ball of our Classic Original dough and divide it into 8-12 equal parts. Stretch each piece and tie them into little knots, place them in a baking pan and then brush them with butter. Next, bake them at 375 degrees for 12-14 minutes. As they bake, mince fresh garlic and melt ¼ cup of butter. When the knots are baked, top them with the garlic, butter and some parmesan cheese. Serve immediately with your meal.

I eat ezekiel toast because it makes me feel good + gives me energy + it’s easy to digest. bananas are my favorite fruit ever. I’m pretty sure my blood type is @woodstockfoods nut butter 😉 I love this brand because they don’t add sugars, most of them are organic + all are non-GMO. chia seeds are great for added crunch + protein + help keep me feeling fuller longer. manuka honey provides so many antibacterial, healing + nourishing properties, it’s the best of the best when it comes to 🍯, in my opinion, plus it adds the best little touch of sweet!
