It makes me happy that I show up for myself. Even on the days when I don’t want to get out of bed or off the couch.
I do this for me. I show up for my sanity.
Are you ready to show up for yourself?
DM me, click the link in my bio, or email [email protected] and let’s push each other off the couch!
A motto for when people/situations/clients fall away:
Whether it’s the potential client who dropped off the face of the earth after an amazing sales call,
Or the love interest who (when things were going grand), ended up being a no-go,
Or the opportunity you almost had your hands on, but never ended up coming to life,
> thank you for showing me what I want, and teaching me what I NEED < *Thank you for showing me what I want *
Turn inward, what did you love about the situation?
The speaking gig to your dream audience,
The opportunity you didn’t even know you wanted - or didn’t even know it was possible,
A longer contract, with more high-end clients,
More travel, etc. > thank you for teaching me what I NEED <
Someone who stands in their power,
A better sales system,
Someone who commits to what they want,
More love for yourself, etc.
Everything is just feedback that allows you better tools to build your *dream* life, career, relationship etc.
Every experience is just another chance to tweak your current reality to fit your truest desires.
Bless the knowledge, live the motto, tweak as needed, rinse and repeat.
Welcome to the human experience, you’re doing great 😘
Ps. If you vibe on a soul level with this you *will not* want to miss day two of my [FREE] #SELFOBSESSED challenge 💜

Do you believe in spirit animal guides? Well I do. If you follow my insta you know my painting is inspired by nature & my direct experiences. Recently a little mouse strolled In front of me as I was headed into a meeting mid day. He was certainly out of place on the 13th floor of a Manhattan office building. Sure there are mice around but rarely spotted unless you are working very late. This mouse casually strolled in front of me stopping me in my tracks before I entered the meeting. This happened a month ago when I was facing overwhelming deadlines. I looked into the spirit guide meaning & it turns out the mouse reminds us
in his quiet unassuming way to remember that miracles make sense in the quiet where nothing else clouds our thoughts. Miracles make sense when living a tiny life in a tiny universe. Mouse knows this. It’s also a reminder to review your resources & how you utilize them. When we stop looking far and wide and outside of ourselves for the answers and, instead, truly focus on what is right here in front of us. This was a good perspective for me at the time.
So.... long story short whether you believe or not, keep your eyes peeled for any animal sightings perhaps out of the norm & look into it. There is so much more to this universe than we know of. You may find a special message for you in your sighting & it could help you. 🙏🏼. . .

I ordered a few personal development things off of Amazon and I wanted to share this one! This is a journal for you to just list out things that you are grateful for. I sometimes (okay, most of the time) get lost in the day to day and don't really stop to appreciate the good that is going on, it's actually a really bad habit of mine. So I saw this and decided to give it a try! Just wanted to share incase anyone else was interested. 📚🖊
