4 Steps to a Fitmas Tree! 🎄 💫
Looking for something fun and healthy to do over the holidays? I got you covered! Not only is this idea super cute but it’s very practical.
I shared this fruit tree with my friends the other day and it was a total hit! 😋 It’s very easy to grab the fruit off the toothpicks and of course aesthetically pleasing.
What you need:
1 wooden shish kebob skewer
Pack of toothpicks
Star cookie cutter (or if you’re skilled, you can just cut it in a star shape)
(Option to add other fruits like oranges etc - have fun with it!)
What to do:
Step 1 - Slice off the edges of the pineapple & the top. Cut an extra top slice for the star (make sure it’s thick enough so the star isn’t flimsy).
Step 2 - Trim the top off a pear and use the shish kebob skewer to connect the pear and pineapple.
Step 3 - Prepare the colorful fruit. Cut the tops off of strawberries and cut kiwis into slices.
Step 4 - Use toothpicks to stick the fruit around the pineapple and pear. Use a toothpick to stick the pineapple star on the very top.

Felt so good to lift and run again today!😀💪🏼 I was still able to hit the same numbers for my weights and my run was decent, I felt a little fatigued during the beginning but once you get over that initial bump it feels better.🏃🏻♀️
I haven’t been able to train consistently but what I do have control over is my nutrition. I’ve been keeping up with my base template on @rpstrength and making adjustments when I need. When I’m out and eating things that are on the less healthy side, I make sure it’s all in moderation. It’s almost Christmas so treat yourself to a template or ebook to help you create your balance and reach your goals. Also finally managed to perfect my make shift pit shark machine!! Grab boxes or risers, a cable machine and a weighted pull up belt to hook in the cables and go to town! It’s honestly exactly the same thing and works legit! 👌👌🍑🍑

GIVE YOURSELF THE BEST PRESENT THIS CHRISTMAS 🎁 🌲 🎅🏼 Here is my TRANSFORMATION before & after pic with a little story supporting it.
About 6years ago, the picture on the left was taken. I was 30lbs heavier than I am today! WHY you ask?? Because I was in a very dark place. I had a series of events affect my life in a very profound way and it all hit me at the same time! First, about a year earlier, I never lost the baby weight after having my second daughter. Mostly due to depression. My husband lost his 6 figure salary job. We had a family restaurant that was failing miserably. So I became the bread winner overnight. As you know, when a marriage faces drastic financial problems, it makes small differences bigger. We were forced to start over and moved out of NJ. I was very unhappy despite the chance to start over. The weight was piling on. So grew the depression, anxiety and health concerns. I decided to take advantage of a very close friend's offer to help. She (Micki, my coach) has attempted to get me involved in the BeachBody "thing" several times during this timeframe but I kept pushing her off. Now, I needed it! And needed it hard and fast!! I went all in with this infomercial dvd I bought from her called INSANITY. The rest is history. I lost the 30lbs. I regained some self confidence. I was rebuilding my marriage. I was developing a skill set that I had no idea was going to be a life changer. I graduated from being a discount coach and decided to effectively change the lives of others that were going through a similar path in life. After attending Summit in 2013, I told my Citibank career of nearly 15 years goodbye. I officially became a full time Coach! The rest is history but my story is still being written. I look at every day as a new chapter in my book of life! So many things have changed for the better since taking that leap of faith! No regrets! None! Nada! Zip! Zero! Thank you Micki Fernandez for never giving up on me. Your persistence is why I am where I am today! Changing lives has been so rewarding and fulfilling. Ask me how you can do what I do! I really want you to get this: You can beat temptation. Stop saying, 'Yady, I just don't think I can.' Take 'I can't!' out of your vocabulary.
In your own strength and by your own ability, you're right. You can't. But when you put God's Word in your heart, when you lean on His strength and trust in His promises, there's no temptation you can't overcome.
