here’s to slow mornings and new campsite friends (who take cool photos of you)☕️ there is something special about meeting people while traveling solo,
conversation is easy,
getting along is easy,
sharing deep parts of you is easy.
are who they truly are from the first second,
there is no trying to please anyone or fit into any societal mold,
they just are who they are,
and they accept you for who you are.
there’s always an air of ‘we are all here for a reason’ so let’s have a great time,
no riffs, no judgements, no elite.
and that is why i love it, the people you meet are just simply: good people.
to me it’s a bubble, and when i get back to ‘real life’ it’s always popped very quickly & for that im not quite sure, but for now,
keep the good people, good stories, and good times a cominnnnn.

“For My thoughts are not your thoughts,Nor are your ways My ways,” says the Lord.
For as the heavens are higher than the earth,So are My ways higher than your ways,And My thoughts than your thoughts. - #isaiah55
Looking down Farewell spit as we take a break to stretch our legs. We would have walked the spit however it’s a heavily protected nature reserve and as such the only way you are allowed out onto the spit is either with @farewellspittours or if you work for @docgovtnz
Kawakawa is considered one of the most important plants in the tradition of Māori medicine. It is used for everything from cuts (it has powerful antimicrobial properties) to digestion (it is also an antidyspeptic). Wherever there’s a patch of bush, you’re sure to find the Kawakawa. A pro foraging tip: the leaves that have been partially eaten by the Kawakawa worm are the tastiest.

✨Wishing my wonderful fiancé Rob the most magical birthday ✨
It’s been a wonderful year with SO MANY awesome adventures, I’m praying that this years is as wonderful for you as the last one
One our favourites from the last year was doing the #tongarirocrossing in #newzealand 👣
It was an incredible day hiking 19.4km across the mountains, over #mountdoom and seeing the magical emerald lakes, beyond beautiful views and a wonderful day out!!
This was taken on our way to Milford Sound, NZ. (8th wonders of the world). It was such a beautiful dawn to witness amongst the highest mountains and wildernesses.... Also swipe right for the proof 😊 (video clip)

When I was around the age of 16 I got my first set of dumbbells and instantly started doing countless bicep curls. Not curls for the girls, but because I thought if I had muscular arms people wouldn’t pick on me anymore.
Within a few weeks my arms grew, but I still continued to get picked on.
Fast forward to college. I didn’t get bullied anymore but I continued to lift weights cause it made me happy and I was pursuing a more aesthetically pleasing physique.
Once again, fast forward to today. I still am seeking an aesthetic physique, but now I see the the gym as more of a release. The gym is my mental escape from a day of possible stressors.
This lifestyle has helped me grow physically but most importantly, it has helped me grow mentally. We all need to find that escape sometimes and strive to not loose touch of that. Do what you love. Take care of yourself. It’s a beautiful day and we all have the ability to do with it as we please.
