It’s been awhile since new year but I have 3 main goals this year apart from staying healthy. 1. Read 80 books. 2. Write a novel. 3. Start my Masters. And I’m pleased to say I’m well on my way. I’m ahead of schedule for reading. I’ve written 35,000 words and I’ve been accepted into the Masters program for writing. I know this is advice for a privileged world, but since our bodies are made of over 90% water and being properly hydrated impacts our metabolism, hunger, headaches and migraines, digestion, exercise capacity and many other bodily functions it’s pretty important to our feeling good. The festive season is over and its time to get back into the motion of life. The start if the new year is always a time when we reflect on the past and make and set goals for the future.
What are some of your new years goals....would you like to better your general health, have more effective management of an existing condition/disease, are you trying to start a family, improve your fitness, change some lifestyle habits, improve dietary habits, change your weight, gain some muscle??? Whatever your goals, acknowledging them is the first positive step, the second is gathering information and your team of people who can educate and assist in your journey, the third is taking action.
So whatever goals you have, surround yourself with positive people who will encourage and motivate you.

I have been absent a bit for awhile, I know.
Things aren’t great but they aren’t bad either.
See, when you try to push down emotions for a full year, it hits just a little bit harder after.
It’s hard to deny the truth after so long. So don’t. Reach out for help.
Here are things I did accomplish since Christmas/New Year :
❤️ been more aware of my need for rest & self-care
❤️ started doing 1:1 coaching (dm for more details)
❤️ presently doing the #newyearwellnesschallenge with @startwithlemon and @jjmintuitiveeatandexercise over on fb (link in bio if you wanna join)
❤️ I’ve started another semester at uni
❤️ I cooked a lot of vegan food
❤️ I got my shopping under control
❤️ I did a lot of journaling
❤️ I’ve cuddle my dog 🐕
