How I stay motivated all the time.⠀
Quite frankly, I don't. If you think I love getting punched in the face every single day, your insane. Don't get me wrong, there are days where I'm really feeling it and I could stay at the gym all day and eat all the healthy things... Then there are days where I feel beat up, my body is sore, I don’t want to eat another veggie and I wonder WTF I'm doing. The catch is, I do it anyway. EVEN on days I'm not feeling motivated.⠀
Why? I made a commitment to myself, my health and my goals. I know what I have to do to get what I want and I am more than willing to put in the work to get there. ⠀
NOBODY is going to feel 100% motivated 100% of the time. What will make you different than most people, what will get you actually achieving your goals, is doing the things you sometimes don't want to do because your goal is more important to you than eating a whole box of giant delivery cookies, or not having the energy to go workout because you had a long day. When the reason why you’re doing something is stronger than your excuse, you will find the “motivation” to get it done.

This day marks the completion of 3 months of my practice of MMA.
