  • Onze maatschappij is een geolied systeem. Door 'gewoon' mee te doen kun je ontwikkelen binnen dit systeem en verkrijg je een betere status en meer geld. Je groeit op de MAATSCHAPPELIJKE ladder. De PERSOONLIJKHEIDS ladder is een ander verhaal. Vaak is het zo dat maatschappelijke ontwikkeling de persoonlijkheidsontwikkeling in de weg staat.😱 Waarom? Omdat je aan de maatstaven van de BUITENwereld gaat voldoen en je hieraan aanpast. Jouw BINNENwereld (dat wat je werkelijk bent) zet je hiervoor aan de kant. Toen ikzelf ging beseffen dat ik voornamelijk voor de buitenwereld leefde voelde ik mezelf niets meer waard. Logisch ook want er was nog maar weinig van mijn pure ik over. Het voelde alsof ik weer van voor af aan moest beginnen en dat is waarom ik ook begrijp dat mensen graag vasthouden aan hun ego en persoonlijkheidsontwikkeling maar eng vinden. Mijn boodschap aan degene die hetzelfde beseffen: wanneer je het eenmaal beseft is er geen weg meer terug en vind je de enige oplossing voor innerlijke rust in jezelf te ontwikkelen als persoon. Il peut être délicat d'accepter que l'on ait fait des erreurs, surtout si l'on a eu une éducation très perfectionniste où l'on a confondu l'excellence avec l'interdiction de faire des fautes. Faire une erreur est aussi parfois différent de l'échec. Ce dernier est le résultat d'une incapacité à parvenir à fournir un effort conscient, mais une erreur peut être inconsciente. Il existe heureusement des mesures à prendre pour mieux accepter vos erreurs et vous pouvez aussi employer des techniques pour en tirer le meilleur parti. Voyez les erreurs comme autant d'occasions d'apprendre. Des mécanismes contenus dans le cerveau nous permettent de savoir quand nous faisons une erreur. Le cerveau nous signale quand c'est le cas. Cela peut être très utile quand on apprend quelque chose. Faire des erreurs nous permet de mieux nous concentrer sur ce que nous faisons et de faire de notre mieux pour bien faire. Des recherches ont même suggéré que des spécialistes, tels que des médecins, peuvent être incapables de corriger des erreurs parce qu'ils se fient trop volontiers à leur propre jugement. Som aldri kommer igjen. Det som i fjor kanskje var selve jula for deg, er nå en følelse av noe som er over. Første julen uten🖤 Noen du var glad i, kanskje mamma, bestefar, huset du bodde i før, jobben din, helsa, unger som nå har flyttet ut, mannen din, eller kanskje du har mistet deg selv litt av syne. Det mangler noe, noe viktig. Første julen uten🖤 Julekort, røkelse og innpakningspapir, pakker varsomt inn verdifulle minner. Som du senere år etter år pakker ut i takknemlighet. Julekuler som før viste speilbildet av noen du hadde kjær, er tomme, og duften av røkelse og pepperkaker er nå kanskje kun duften av et kjært minne. Første julen uten🖤 Blir også første jula med en sorg etter hva som er borte, men ofte med en større takknemlighet og kjærlighet for hva som har vært.
