Second week of the PPL split! Recording something dope tomorrow so we’re hitting legs today instead. My quads haven’t stopped cramping 😂Give this workout a try!
1️⃣ Standing calf raise: 5x10
2️⃣ BB squats: 5x10/10/10/6/6
3️⃣ Leg press: 3x10
4️⃣ Single leg press: 4x12
5️⃣ Cable goblet squat: 3x12
🔥Superset exercise 6 & 7⤵️
6️⃣ Seated leg curl: 3x15
7️⃣ Stiff legged deadlift: 3x15
Just a few pointers here, for the calf raises squeeze at the top for 2 secs and slow on the negative. For the stiff legged deadlift this is more of a stretching exercise, no need to go heavy, keep the barbell as close to you as possible for a full stretch.

I have worked 15 straight days 12 hour shifts and haven’t missed training and more importantly haven’t missed a meal. I’m exhausted and it’s 11:30pm I have to get up at 4:30am for another 12. Do I go to bed and get good sleep or do I sacrifice sleep for another meal. Nutrition is the most important thing to reaching your goals so I’m sacrificing sleep. Time to eat!!!!!
We all hit bumps in the road. We all miss lifts, get hurt, get busy, miss a meal, miss a workout, get sick, you name it. You can’t plan life. But no matter what life throws at you, if you get back up and keep forging your path to your goals, you will without a doubt reach them. Perseverance makes all the difference.
