Campers aren’t the only people who have a blast in the summer 🎉
Fun Leader Adam says: “I like being a Fun Leader at Outdoor Exploration because there is no other experience in my life that compares to the amount of fun I’ve had leading, teaching, sharing my knowledge, and getting to meet and work with everyone at camp!”
Well said, Adam! We completely agree 😃 #ReadySetAlphabet
Twenty Leagues Under the Sea… well technically six metres below the waterline but that was oh so pretty 🧜🏼♀️

If a little dreaming is dangerous, the cure for it is not to dream less but to dream more, to dream all the time.

SIBERIA - LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT
We flew to Siberia this winter and, as we promised, will share with you our impressions and tips✈️
Little is probably known about the Asian part of Russia which stretches beyond Ural mountains reaching China and Bering Sea🏔
Maybe Lake Baikal (the deepest in the world) and Oymyakon (the coldest permanently inhabited locality in the world) might sound familiar🗺
The gate to Siberia is Yekaterinburg, the biggest city in the region (1.5 millions inhabitants). It has been dubbed "the third capital of Russia".
Economically, it is mainly industrial because of its proximity to Ural mountains where all kind of minerals are extracted.
Our first impression? Love at first site!💞
Unlike other Russian cities, Yekaterinburg doesn't have a central citadel (kremlin). And the industries are conveniently located in the outskirts and do not ruin the beauty of the centre.
The city centre has large boulevards, pretty promenades on the banks of the river and lake, unique religious architecture and a very European feel🙃
And the food... Yummy (we will talk about it later). And there is so much good food!!!😋

• Mom where are you •
We were fortunate enough to witness a very unusual scene when two mothers with cubs came across each other! While female cheetahs are not territorial they both became very defensive in protecting their cubs! 2 mothers and 7 cubs became a massive bundle of confusion! In the process this cub get separated from everyone and after things calmed down she climbed a tree to find mom! It took a full 24hours but thankfully the happy family was reunited! ——————————————
All this rain in LA is making miss the many many trips I did to these icy winter wonderland destinations ❄️ fun fact we almost hit the side of mountain on our way in to one of these sky resort towns, good times!😟😰
