10 (20) split squat (elevated foot)
10 front squats
10 (20) curtsy lunges
10 (20) Reverse lunges (sliders or towel)
12 Deadlift (you can do it with BB or DBs also)
10 Hip raise (elevated head)
30 sec. : Jumping squats
30 sec. : Jumping lunges (not filmed)

How to conquer temptations.
Temptations are everywhere especially this time of year. We all expect the holidays, parties, nights out with friends spontaneous dinner invite, vacations to constantly occur, right? So why is it so hard to say no or I’m taking a break? How do you stay consistent, committed and focused on treating your body well without deprivation and hibernating like a hermit?
Here are my top 8 tips to help you get through even the toughest temptation: 🥦 Always always seek out the veggies first!! If you are home have them cut up and ready to go. 🥦 Offer to bring a veggie dish to your next party. 🥦 Order a salad as an app, ask for extra veggies and leave the fries for the table to share
🥦 Remind yourself that these treats will always be around so you don’t have to eat them every time you see them. It’s ok to take a break. Let’s be honest you can make a sugar cookie with holiday decor in April just as easy as making them in December
🥦 Plan your week so you are prepped with nutritious fuel to support your goals and allow yourself to have a bit of the goodies mid day as opposed to at night. 🥦 Make it a habit to eat away from distractions so your body has time to register the food it’s consuming. If you are going to eat, eat...if you need to work at the computer, work, just don’t do both
🥦 Chew your food enough so it forms a liquid to aid in proper digestion and nutrient absorption 🥦 Make it a habit to not eat two meals in a row that are void of proper nutrients to support your goals

TUESDAYS ATTITUDE .
I’m always up for an Challenge but I like to think of it as an ADVENTURE ❤️
A few weeks back I made a decision to start again, start over and give it all I can. For the past few years my body has been in pain my legs, my knees, my back and especially my feet are constantly sore, swollen and due to this I’ve become increasingly inactive and unable to join in things that I enjoy.
This is all due to an accident many years ago that left me with many injuries and changed my body mechanics and has made life a little more challenging.
So I’ve started a weekly program and I’ve set some daily, weekly and long term goals. I am challenging my mindset and my behaviours. I
I have decided to dedicate the next few months to putting together a “Fix me up team - including, my chiropractor, physiotherapist, massage and wellness coaching, I’m even considering hypnosis. Already one month in and I have some massive mindset changes and daily motivation is increasing due to feeling better.
I’m looking forward to working slowly and increasing my fitness and gifting myself thus journey. . .
