If only talking in front of people to teach a yoga class would come easy to me like jumping off a cliff for canyoneering, then deciding to enroll for a Yoga Program won’t be as tough... If only there was a similar program that does not require me to teach a class at the end it... Just scared to fail, screw up, or suck at it #fears#insecurities One day... Someday... 📍Moalboal, Cebu 🇸🇽 Day 2: Canyoneering & Kawasan Falls
Today we went canyoneering all the way up to Kawasan Falls. What a day!! Spectaculair views and amazing cliffjumps all day long, with a 15m jump form the Kawasan Falls in the end! If you’re up for an adventure you should definitely take this trip! After the canyoneering we took some time to relax at Kawasan Falls, which is a must see, and after that we went back to our hotel to take a dip in our swimming pool. Tommorrow we leave for Siquijor! •
Cave dwellers didn't need to go bungee jumping or storm chasing. Their daily quest for survival - in an age where danger lurked around every rock - provided them with all the adrenaline they needed. .
By contrast, modern Homo Sapiens including us - with their smartphones and desk jobs - are left somewhat wanting when it comes to adrenaline. Life is much safer, yes, but it's also decidely duller.
And hence, this demand for adventure sports is booming. To feel ALIVE again. And isn't that best done by flirting with danger?
We treaded the same path and did 'Canyoneering' in Kawasan Falls. A day long packed wildly thrilling adventure that led us to break free (of our fears)!
