Here is a collection of photos taken from my visit to Cohunu Koala Park today in Western Australia. A wonderful hands on experience for kids and adults to the Australian Wildlife. 🐨 🦘
I’m currently writing a series with Australian animals so today’s visit certainly brought on some good ideas.

Last but not least. Australian Animals with #w like
#wallabies#wombat (and the Rest....😉) The #Wombats we spotted on our hiking track in the Cradle Mountain national park, as well as the #hedgehog / #porcupine.
the #Wallaby - it is not a Kangaroos 🦘
Of course not the first time - since they are running around like rabbits, cats and deer’s in Europe. But my first selfie - we saw on our way back in Freycinet national park. This cute one waited behind our car. So I did another „wildlife“ #selfie#kangarooselfie#kangaroo#kangaroos
Also most of the animals look a bit different to them you might know from home. The swans are black - I don’t know why 🤔
Why do kids need to be wild? It’s a question being raised more and more by scientists and the heath care industry. We believe it is very important so much so that we created A Wild Night Out at Tidbinbilla for families to offer an outdoor experience that lets kids be kids in nature.
Outbound just published an article stating 5 very good reasons why kids need to get back to nature:
❇️ Kids of all ages need a connection to nature for their health ❇️ They need the freedom to learn what life is like without a schedule
❇️ Everyone, no matter the age, needs time to kick back and relax
❇️ Modern kids need to figure out how to exist without technology
❇️ The next generation must be taught the importance of conservation
Tents at @tidbinbillanaturereserve for #autumn#schoolholidays are on sale now via link in our profile.
