Can Modify Things In Your Routine I’ve Done These Exercises On The Cable Machine Several Times But In This Video I’ve Modified Things By Adding A Resistance Band and Cutting My Range In Motion. Light or Lite – Lol this one can be pretty funny because that can simply relate to the colour or the taste not exactly the FAT content. Light Olive oil for example is just Lighter in colour with no lower fat or energy than other olive oils! . No cholesterol – this doesn’t mean the product has little to no fat in it. Watch your fat macro here. . Baked not fried – this one is just as deceiving, it may sound like the healthier option but sometimes when you compare like for like.   • Back down in probably my favourite gym in Liverpool @proflexgym , its where Ive made the most progress! I've been coming here on and off since I was 18. I was a shy chubby kid when I first started and Didn't know anything about training really. I've learned pretty much everything about training from in here so I owe it a lot! Most people get intimidated going to gyms like this because it's an old school gym but it's far from intimidating, its the most helpful gym I've been to. Everyone helps each other , no one judges each other, everyone is there to train, have a laugh and get in better shape! Couldn't recommend this gym enough! Here's some of Today's back workout. I'm Happy with the width and size that my back is getting. Especially my lats which I've been working hard on because they was my weakest point. Still a lot of work to do all around but one step at a time! Currently 99kg in the mornings chasing that 110kg again 💪🦍
