Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C/350F.⠀ 2. Place wild garlic, nuts, oil and salt in a food processor and process until creamy.⠀ 3.   • Reader message: “⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I’ve been away on holidays QUESADILLAS . 6 - 8 flour tortillas (20cm/8"), 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese (or other), 3/4 cup chopped coriander/cilantro, 1 cup corn kernels SPICE MIX: 1 tsp each onion powder, dried oregano, salt, 2 tsp each cumin powder, paprika, 1/4 tsp each black pepper, cayenne pepper (optional) ONE Filling: Beef: 1/2 tbsp olive oil, 2 garlic cloves minced, 1/2 onion finely chopped, 500g / 1 lb ground beef, 1 small red capsicum/ peppers diced, 2 tbsp tomato paste, 1/4 cup water Chicken: 2.5 tbsp olive oil, 500 g/1 lb chicken thighs or breast, 2 garlic cloves, 1 small onion sliced, capsicum Vegetable: 2 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 onion diced, 2 cloves garlic, 1 can of black beans drained, 1 capsicum/bell pepper diced (any colour), 1 cup corn, 1/4 cup tomato paste, 1/4 cup water . 1. Beef: Heat oil over high, cook garlic and onion, cook beef until it changes from pink to brown, add capsicum cook 1 min, add Spices, tomato paste and water. Cook 2 min, cool. 2. Chicken: Coat chicken with 1 tbsp oil, toss with Spices. Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet, cook onion and garlic, then add capsicum and cook. Remove into bowl. Add 0.5 tbsp oil, cook chicken, remove, slice, add to capsicum bowl. Cool. 3. Veg: Heat oil, add garlic and onion, cook. Add capsicum, cook, add corn, beans, paste, water and spices. Cook 2 min, remove, cool. 4. QUESADILLAS: Sprinkle one side with a bit of cheese, top with Filling of choice, then corn, coriander and more cheese. Fold in half. 5. Preheat skillet over low heat (no oil). Place quesadilla in skillet, press down lightly, cover with lid. Cook for 4 min until underside is super golden brown and crispy. Pancarı 15 dk haşladıktan sonra derin bir kapta yumurtayı ve yoğurdu çırpalım. Soğuyan pancarı rendeleyelim. Pancar suyunu ve rendelediğimiz pancarı ekleyim. Ardından un, karbonat ve tuzu ekleyelim. Hepsini pürüzsüz hale gelene kadar çırpalım. Yapışmaz bir tavada az bir yağla 5 dk pişirelim. Yaklaşık 2 adet çıkıyor. Ingredients for beet crepes - 2 large egg - 2 tbsp yogurt - 4 tbsp beet juice - 1 small baked beet - 4 tbsp whole wheat flour - 1/2 tsp salt and baking soda Direction: bake beet with 2 cup of water for 15 minutes. Then whisk egg with yogurt. Add beet juice and 2 tbsp granted beet. Add dry ingredient and mix until mixture is smooth. Heat a nonstick skillet with little oil and cook 4 or 5 minute.   • Snack @ 8:15pm - Carbs: 21g Fat: 8g Protein: 6g - 182 calories - Serves 1 - What I ate: 1 cup cappuccino, 24g store-bought rum cake, 1/2 homemade fruit scone - Homemade fruit scone ingredients (serves 12): 3 cups all purpose flour, 1 dried peach (cut into small pieces), 8 dried apricots (cut into small pieces), 250ml skim milk, 1 tsp baking soda, 5 tsp baking powder, 60g cold unsalted butter (cut into small cubes), 1 tsp salt, extra skim milk for brushing - Instructions: ~preheat oven to 220 celcius~ 1. Put flour, salt, sugar, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl. Mix. 2. Add in cold butter and rub in using fingertips until it resembles breadcrumbs. 3. Add in milk. Mix until well combined. 4. Add in dried fruits and mix until combined. 5. Press dough out into a rectangle. Around 1.5cm thick. Cut into 12 even-sized pieces. Arrange in oven pan, leaving a 2cm space between scones. Brush tops with milk. 6. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown. 7. Every ingredient in the drawer has its own place in my heart and they bring so much love to my food, and make every belly so happy. A basic, simple recipe nut-free, oil-free, refined sugar-free, paleo approved energy bars that are super crunchy, energizing and addicting! And with chocolate everything is better ... 😊 INGREDIENTS 200 g pitted dates 15 g raw cacao powder 45 g whole chia seeds 25 g unsweetened shredded coconut 70 g raw walnut pieces 40 g chopped dark chocolate 30 g cup oats 1 tsp pure vanilla extract 1/4 tsp unrefined sea salt INSTRUCTIONS 1) Place dates in blender or food processor and mix until they form a thick paste forms. 2) Add the walnuts and mix to combine. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until it forms a thick dough (except the chocolate).Line a square baking pan with parchment paper. 3) Grate the chocolate on top. Firmly press the mixture into the pan, pressing tightly into all corners. 4) Place in the freezer for at least a few hours up to overnight. Lift out of the pan and cut into 10 bars. I like to keep my carbs low 😅). 🌟 1sp oil (I use @vitacocoeu ) Toppings: 🌟 Handful of blueberries (I like to keep mine frozen). 🌟 Chopped hazelnuts, 🌟 @sweetfreedomuk Choc sauce (this stuff is v macro-friendly with only 14cals per tsp 👌🏼) 🌟 @barebells.uk protein bar (they’re all delish but here I used white choc almond.. dreamyyy 😍). 🌟 coconut shavings Ps - if you’re as clumsy as me.. best not throw your protein powder around (lil bit messy), dance with your blender (it nearly broke) anddd maybe wear oven gloves (hi burnt finger) 😂🙈🤷🏽‍♀️
