  • The salad is packed full of protein and antioxidants and is one of my favourites. Spinach and Tofu Salad 200g Firm Tofu 50g Baby English Spinach 50g Cherry Tomatoes 30g Blueberries 20g Pumpkin Seeds 20g Fresh Lemon Juice 15g Low sodium soy sauce (Tamari) Cut tofu into cubes and dry fry in a non stick pan. Brown on all sides, turn off heat, bunch the tofu together and add soy sauce. Flip the pan to cover the tofu. The sauce will evaporate quickly when it touches the pan so try and cover tofu as much as possible. Place Spinach, Tomatoes, Blueberries and Pumpkin seeds in a bowl. Add warm tofu and a squeeze of lemon. Enjoy. I have used the Food Standards Australia New Zealand to calculate the nutritional information on the next slide. If so, there is your answer, don't give in and stay the course. . 2. If you realize that eh you would like to stay as on course as possible, but can't rule out that you're not gonna indulge in some delicious goodies. If so, just keep in mind how you feel after eating veggies and "good" stuff VS. sugar and "junk". 9 times out of 10 eating the good stuff is gonna feel better and remind yourself of that, but also remind yourself that that 1 treat isn't going to make or break you.. Remember the saying "eating one salad isn't going to make you healthy and fit, just like eating one treat isn't gonna wreck everything. . 3.   • Hola como estan🤗les comparto esta receta que hice para merendar que quedó riquísima. "Crumble de manzana "saludable, sin azucares refinadas. 🔸️Ingredientes: - 3 manzanas peladas y picadas finitas(bien dulces) - 1 taza de harina de avena. - 1 taza de harina integral ( o de avena,o almendras, arroz por ej.) - 2 huevos (pueden omitir este ingrediente, añadiendo 4 cucharadas de semillas de chia remojadas en agua o 6 cucharadas de una bebida vegetal.) - 2 cucharadas de mantequilla. - 7 cucharadas de leche. - 2 cucharaditas de canela - 1 cucharadita de maicena - el jugo de 1/2 limon. - 1 cucharada de estevia líquida. - 1/2 cucharadita de polvo de hornear. - nueces (opcional) 🔸️Procedimiento: Para la masa: - En un bowl poner la harina, el polvo de hornear una cucharadita de canela y revolver. - añadir la mantequilla los huevos - la leche revuelta con la estevia líquida. - mezclar todo lentamente con un tenedor para formar como una masa de migas, luego compactarla toda, dividir en 2 partes, envolver con papel transparente y refrigerar 15 minutos como minimo. -luego poner una mitad de la masa uniformemente en un molde de horno. Para el relleno: -Poner las manzanas con en limón la maicena la canela en una olla revolver un poco y cocinar a fuego bajo por 20 minutos en la olla tapada. luego poner sobre la masa.   • Hola como están buenas noches🤗, les comparto mi cena de hoy, 🍔"hamburgesas saludables"🍔estoy muy orgullosa del resultado quedaron riquísimos y son super sanas con pan casero y mayonesa casera. Ingredientes:🍔 🔸️2 tazas de porotos negros triturados como puré (yo use una mixer de mano) 🔸️2 zanahorias ralladas 🔸️1/2 cebolla picada en cubitos 🔸️1 huevo 🔸️1/2 taza de harina de avena o integral. 🔸️ajo🔸️sal 🔸️pimienta 🔸️comino Preparacion:🍔 🔸️primero hice un sofrito, con la cebolla, la zanahoria, ajo, comino y pimienta. 🔸️lo pase al bowl con los porotos. 🔸️añadí el huevo y la avena 🔸️mezcle todo con las manos limpias 🔸️queda una masa bien firme para formar las hamburgesas. 🔸️ponerlas en el refrigerador para que queden más firmes por 15 minutos minimo. 🔸️finalmente cocinarlas en un sartén precalentado a fuego medio con un poquito de aceite de oliva extra virgen por cada lado hasta que se doren. 🍞para hacer el pan, mezcle medio kilo de harina integral con una cucharada raza de levadura instantánea y fui añadiendo agua tibia (300 ml.aprox.) con sal(2 cucharaditas semi colmadas aprox.)y 1 cucharada de aceite de oliva extra virgen,de a poco y amasando para que quedará una masa manejable. Formar los panes y dejar reposar unos 30 minutos. Luego cocinar el un sartén precalentado a fuego bajo con una tapa por cada lado.(5 min.por lado aprox.) 🔸️preparé las hamburgesas con un poquito de mayonesa casera, lechuga y tomate,con palta 🥑quedan mucho mejor pero yo no tenía.   • Hola como están!🤗les comparto mi almuerzo de hoy, esta receta me encantan estás hamburgesas porque son sanas ricas y muy fáciles de hacer, además se pueden congelar,sólo tienen que calentarse en el sarten o el horno y ya tienes lista tu comida :) "Hamburgesas de lentejas"🍔(para 8) Ingredientes: 🔸️2 tazas de lentejas cocidas. 🔸️3 huevos 🥚🥚🥚 🔸️ 2 zanahorias pequeñas 🥕🥕 🔸️1/2 cebolla 🔸️ condimentos que más les gusten. 🍔Preparación: Primero hacemos un sofrito con la cebolla en cubitos y la zanahoria rallada, también pueden ponerle pimentón rojo que le da un sabor muy bueno. Procedemos a procesar las lentejas un poco sin que quede una papilla ( que se vean algunas lentejas enteras)Luego ponemos todo en un bowl y condimentamos con ajo en polvo,pimienta, pimenton en polvo y orégano.
