Para una mejor experiencia, probad a mojarlas en leche o bebida vegetal... otro nivel 😱 . CHIPS AHOY PANCAKES 🥞🍪 . INGREDIENTES TORTITAS: 🔸50 gr de harina de avena sabor galleta de @nutritienda. 🔸1 cda de harina de coco ecológica de @nutritienda. 🔸1 huevo. 🔸2 claras. 🔸1 cdita de esencia de vainilla de @biobetica. 🔸1 onza de chocolate negro 85% sin azúcares añadidos. . PROCESO: 🔸Batimos todos los ingredientes de las tortitas con una batidora, excepto la onza de chocolate, que se añade troceada a la mezcla. 🔸Vamos echando nuestra mezcla en una sartén antiadherente. 🔸Cocinamos vuelta y vuelta a fuego medio hasta que estén doraditas por ambos lados. 🔸Echamos nuestros toppings favoritos... ¡Y listo! Yalancı puding içinde bu sefer sadece olgunlaşmış muz ve kakao var ❤️ puding üzerindekiler frenk üzümü, pikan cevizi ve ender meyvesi (pitaha da diyenler var ) şekersiz beslenenler için tatlı krizine bire bir. Hoy os voy a dejar esta receta de CANELONES FIT (junto a la lasaña, son mi comida favorita 😋) ¡No dudéis en probarla porqué están buenísimos! 🤩 . . 𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐬 (para 1 persona): * 100gr de pechuga de pollo * 60ml de claras de huevo * 2 puñados de espinacas en crudo * 1 puñado de champiñones en crudo * 1/4 de cebolla * 1/4 de pimiento rojo * pimiento, sal sin sodio, orégano y especias al gusto 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐨́𝐧 : 1. Partimos el pollo, champiñones, cebolla y pimiento en trocitos pequeños. 2. En una sartén tapada cocinamos a fuego lento(20minutos). 3. Añadimos las especias y la sal sin sodio. 4. Por otro lado, hervimos las espinacas y las troceamos. 5. Juntamos todo en la sartén y dejamos reposar a fuego mínimo. 6. Mientras, hacemos las claras muy finitas(4-5 laminas) hechas con claras en la sartén. 7. Servir caliente con especias por encima, podemos añadir un toque de queso parmesano por encima!:D . . ¡A disfrutar amores! 😘😘😘😘😘😘 . . #comidasana #realfood #healthylife #tupuedes

  • The secret to changing ANYTHING in life is RENEWING YOUR MIND To transform means to change in form, charactre, or nature The transformation that you want so bad (in your body, your relationships, your life, etc) is going to require to change your ACTIONS. Renew means to make something new again. And when something is made NEW, the OLD is no longer available. Your old ways of handling things Your old mindset Your old responses The places you USED to go The time you USED to get up The things you USED to do Your HABITS and ROUTINES ALL HAVE TO CHANGE You have to allow God to come in and COMPLETELY change things. That looks like: Waking up at a different time Doing things you’ve never done Cutting out things that no longer serve you Cutting out PEOPLE that are working against you AND IT WILL REQUIRE Your time Your investment If you are not ready to create space in those areas - you ain’t ready. I represent what is possible. I am leading the way but the change you are looking for will NOT come outside of YOURSELF!

So many different and unique options. 🌶 Sriracha ranch: 2.99 Red bell pepper: 1 for 0.99 Spaghetti Squash: 2.99 Green Dragon Hot Sauce: 2.99 Trilogy Kombucha: 2.99 Avocado: 1 for 1.29 Banana: 3 @.19/each: 0.57 Sugar snap peas: 2.99 Almond ginger turmeric salad dressing: 3.69 Rosted turkey slices: 2.99 Broccoli Florets 12 oz: 2.29 Red Pepper Hummus: 3.29 Jalapeno Chicken Sausage: 3.99 Roma tomatoes: 2x @0.29/each 0.58 Mandarin Orange Chicken: 4.99 🍅 Left overs - Ice burg lettuce - Eggs - Rotisserie chicken(From Costco) - Cucumber - Salad dressings - Cheese - Snacks 🥒 Total: $39.84 🍊 The Mandarin Orange Chicken from Trader Joes is my guilty pleasures from Trader Joes. It does have a higher sugar content due to the sauce, but it’s super easy to cook and delicious. Will show a recipe that’s super easy that I use with it later this week.

As delicious as this is it creates a punch 🤜 in the nutrition department. The balance of protein and the fiber from the quinoa will keep you full until lunch. Not to mention the syrup is loaded with all kinds of minerals. And cranberries are high in Vitamins C, B and K antioxidants and help support a healthy urinary tract. Cinnamon helps to control blood sugar and boom 💥 you have a nutritional powerhouse hearty delicious breakfast on your hands. Recipe: 1 cup quinoa 2 cups almond milk Dash of vanilla Some cinnamon Bring to a boil stir in Cranberries after 10 min. Cook for about 20-25 minutes stir occasionally. Top with syrup and some Himalayan sea salt. And Voilá. It’s amazing! You can thank me later. 😘

  • Just. Keep. Going. (me to my body while rowing for more then 5 minutes) 😳😥 - But really, I typically row for only 1-3 minutes except for the occasional 1000-2000m row. I throw these in at the ends of my upper body days to spice things up and remind myself that I have to push myself in order to get better. Though I train pretty consistently and have a career using fitness- I definitely need the extra push sometimes too.
