Can’t wait to have some time this weekend to make this breakfast quesadilla again 😛. It can totally be meal prepped too and brought to work for breakfast or lunch! — •
Deets 👉🏼 @sietefoods paleo tortilla, @vitalfarms pasture raised eggs, broccoli, red pepper, onion, spinach, fresh garlic, broccoli, @wholefoods gruyere cheese (game changer), avocado, and some salsa on da side.— •
To make 👉🏼 sauté all of veggies in ghee/butter (I pre made my veggies, then added the uncooked spinach & garlic in the pan), then add eggs, S+P, cayenne pepper and scramble, once the eggs are pretty much done add the cheese & avocado, then put the egg & veggie scramble in between the 2 tortillas and add back to pan to cook the tortillas and melt the cheese OR use a panini press like I did 😍.

I always do my best to try and incorporate as much healthy eating into the meals I make for my family as possible but many times it’s a challenge and I end up making two dinners. One for me and one for them. My husband is a meat and potatoes type of guy and the kids are all different. My 14 year old daughter and 4 year old son like a good mix of healthier foods and junk food like sweets but my 9 year old son will not touch a fruit or vegetable no matter how hard I try and only loves savory snacks. The tomato sauce in his pasta is the closest I can get. You can just imagine how expensive food is with the need to have such a variety. I need to find ways to incorporate foods we all like into our meals so I can avoid making two dinners.
Tonight’s dinner is fried chicken cutlets, one thing we all can agree on. I cooked them in avocado oil for a healthier choice and mixed almond flour into the bread crumbs instead of all purpose flour. I made @eatbanza chickpea pasta with creamy lemon garlic avocado sauce for me (recipe in stories) and marinara sauce for them along with an arugula salad and steamed broccoli (not pictured) as the veggie options. I’ve tried to melt cheese on the broccoli to get my 9 year old to eat it but he still won’t touch it. Basically he only ate the chicken cutlet and the pasta. I just have to keep trying! I would love to hear any ideas or suggestions you might have and what works for you in your picky eating situation if you have one? #ResolveToEatMorePasta

Added my favorite veggies like broccoli 🥦 and mushrooms 🍄 to the party!l
Have a great night everyone! #resolvetoeatmorepasta
Power food!! Chicken and pasta!!Pasta is a fat-free, low sodium food that can fit right in with a weight loss or management plan. One cup of cooked pasta contains just 200 calories, in addition to valuable vitamins and minerals. It also fills you up so you don’t feel hungry while trying to lose weight or follow a calorie strict meal plan.
Pasta has a low Glycemic Index (GI) so it does not cause sugar in the blood to rise quickly. A low GI means a slower rate of digestion, which can help with appetite control.
Give it a try,you won't be disappointed.
HOW TO GET BACK ON THE FITNESS TRACK
As we know life is full of surprises and regardless to how we plan, some things are completely out of our control. Work can get a bit crazy and even the dedicated fitness enthusiasts can find it hard getting to a class.
The bottom line is it doesn’t matter how you ended up here, it’s how you get back on track. Here a few suggestions that may help:
Refocus on nutrition - if you’re unable to make a fitness session, then your meals on point. Eat meals that are nutritious and ensure to stay hydrated. You’ll instantly feel the benefits of eating a well balanced diet
Start back slowly -if you love HIIT, but aren’t sure if you’re ready for a intense 45 minutes, then find something else that will ease you in gently. Make sure it’s fun and enjoyable, so it leaves you feeling energised and wanting more.
Buddy up - for many of us, fitness is more fun when they’re social. To get yourself back to the gym/class, schedule a date for you and a friend. It’s a great way to staying on track and motivating each other.
Positivity - Setback can be a little frustrating, but don’t beat yourself up if you’re unable to exercise. When you do get the opportunity, be grateful that you’ve made it and put your heart and soul into it. #fitnessmotivation#fitnessgirl#fitness#motivation#gym#training#focus#healthyeating#cleaneating#goals#bodygoals#nutrition#inspiration#exercise#workout#loveyourbody#positive#determined#noexcuses#instadaily#enjoy#feelinggood#lifestyle#fun#fitfam#fit#personaltrainer#coach#bodypositive#confidence

Why Slimming World?
I get DMs: Would you like to be a representative of our new calorie counting plan? Would you like to learn more about tracking macros and following a new protein menu designed just for you? How about skinny shakes?
Thanks, but no. I'm happy the way I am. If those things work for you, then brilliant, I'm happy for you! Well done for finding your way, I'm never going to criticise what works for someone else. Here I share what worked for me.
I had a horrible relationship with food and was trapped in a negative cycle of bingeing. Some emotional, some habit, I wanted out. I had one goal: Eat like a normal person. Thats it! One simple wish... normality. Eat meals out, eat treats, eat without counting, weighing or worrying or guilt, eat the same meals as your family. Just to be normal with food.
I've done plans with weighing, counting, restricting. They don't work for me. What on earth do you do when you used everything in the plan by 2pm because you're hungry? Oh yeah... you fail! You feel bad! You quit and comfort eat. Been doing that for years!
I had to remove the feeling of guilt from food. That if you want more you can have more and that's ok. The brilliance of slimming world is in its simplicity. A few simple guidelines based on home cooking and balanced eating with a few extras each day and you are done! The tools to make up your own mind, eat your own way. Eat to your appetite, lose the guilt, lose weight.
Emotional eating doesn't just go away. It'll always be there inside me. When times are tough its still there, this thing I do. But slimming world has made me realise that this won't stop me getting to my goals. If 95% of the time you are making healthy choices those blips disappear into insignificance. They don't matter at all! Letting go of the guilt was a big lesson to learn.
I don't want to spend my time arguing over 60 calories on an apple or worrying if my potato was 50g too big. I just want to eat healthy, enjoy life, worry less, obsess less and enjoy food. All the food.
Eat healthy, eat better, move more is the message that slimming world taught me.
I can live by these rules, they work for me. No short term fix, my FOREVER.
#foodiefriday is inspired by my favourite fruit #🍑 This super easy crumble is just grilled peaches topped with rolled oats, chopped almonds, peanut butter, cinnamon and little bit of maple syrup
Great for breakfast, a snack or dessert!
She traded her I can'ts into I can's and her dreams into plans.
#tbt to today! I've never felt better.
Do you known it's been almost 5 yrs since I've had a sip of soda? True story, I used to love Diet Coke.
I don't know why 😂 I don't miss it one bit and neither does my body.
I get my energy from my nutrition and lifestyle, no more quick soda fix to get me through my work day or night out. My body has thanked me so much too 🤗
Baby steps is all it takes , and if your ready I'd love to help you, just say when my friend!
What's in my cup ? My post recovery shake Rebuild Strength, its helped me gain 16lbs of lean mass and will help me reach my 20 lb goal this year! Don't just watch me ,join me💥
12 benefits why you should do network marketing:
67% of people hate their job because of the people they work with. That’s mind boggling.
With network marketing you get to choose who you get to work with. If you don’t like someone then you don’t need to work with them. Sounds simple but many people will do it (67% apparently). A good way to look at it. If you wouldn’t want to go out for a drink with them then I wouldn’t work with them.
Surround yourself with people who elevate you and lift you to higher levels.
Do you like your current environment?
Do you need to change it ?
You have the ability to choose your environment when you build a home based business.
In the last 14 months I’ve met many new friends that have helped me increase my vision for what is possible for me and it excites me to part of something special.
People are drawn to people through energy and the better the energy the better you become.
Do you need to add some new people into your circle? Or do you need to let some go?
Pick your people who will add value to your life.
