Today I realized how much of a difference it makes when you workout with someone who cares about you and your goals to help you meet them.
Someone who genuinely WANTS to push you. I was doing 5 sets for each exercise and hit them different amount of times all with different weight. I would start at my max weight then drop some throughout finishing my set. I’ll post a video next week explaining more !
I was able to train with weight I never thought I could do. Having someone there help spot and make sure my form is correct with heavier weight was a must, and I am so thankful to have someone like that, aka my boyfriend.
You might think I am confident as hell and have it all together, truth is I can get insecure too when I see all these girls squatting a ton and thinking that I can’t hit those numbers.
But I honestly haven’t even TRIED to until today!! I love being lean and looking super toned, so thinking of lifting heavier than I’m used to is a scary thought.. or at least WAS 🤪
Bottom line, I am happy to say that I am going to lift heavier to see what it does to my body, and try to grow THE BOOTY 🍑 I am definetly going to still stay lean and toned, I just want to see more definition🤗

Before and After. Protein Strawberry Shortcakes. .
1/4 cup coconut flour
1 scoop casein protein (preferably not chocolate)
1/4 cup milk
2 Tbsp coconut oil
Pinch of baking soda .
Fat free whipped cream (you can use full fat, it’s not too many more calories but the nutrition info is for fat free)
1) Preheat your oven to 325F
2)Mix together the protein powder, coconut flour, stevia, and baking soda.
3) Melt the coconut oil, beat the egg. Mix the egg, milk, and coconut oil together.
4) Stir wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
5) Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with oil. Separate the dough into six drop biscuits. I recommend flattening them a bit because they won’t spread out like a normal drop biscuit.
6) Bake for 10 minutes.
7) Cut each biscuit in half and top each half with 1 Tbsp of whip cream and chopped strawberries. .
This recipe makes 12 halves, each to be topped with 1 Tbsp whipped cream and strawberries. The nutrition information above is for 2 halves 😎😎😎

Pan de Camote libre de gluten y endulzado con Stevia 🤤🤤😍. 2 kilos de camote (cocido).
2 trozos de canela entera.
2 pz de anís estrella.
2 clavos de olor.
1 taza de harina de arroz.
1/4 de taza de azúcar
1 cucharadita de aceite vegetal.
Procedimiento: pelar y cocer el camote en 4 litros de agua, canela, anís, clavo.
Una vez cocido lo machucamos o licuamos en forma de puré, agregamos harina, azúcar y aceite vegetal. Mezclando perfectamente.
Engrasamos el molde, colócalos papel encerado y colocamos la mezcla, llevamos al horno a 220 grados por 25 minutos y listo 🙏👏💪🤤😍😍
