In the before picture it was January of 2017 and I had ENOUGH! I had enough of constantly battling with myself. Between feeling unhappy with my weight, only until an unhealthy food craving hit and suddenly those feelings went out the door and all I cared about was feeding that craving! Food addiction is real. I can’t tell you how many times I told myself (and others) that “I’m happy with the way I am and if people don’t like my body- oh well that’s their loss!”. I was 175 pounds and overweight, riddled with mystery health symptoms, living a life of heavy partying with a lot of alcohol consumption🍻 while eating the standard American diet which was high in processed and high fat “foods”🥓, as well as animal products🍳- not knowing that these foods were wreaking havoc on my health! I was always such a happy person but the light and life in my eyes in the after photo really shows the power of living a raw vegan lifestyle🍉
In the after picture I am 60 pounds lighter in my physical body, with an incredible weight lifted off of my soul. I have healed 95% of my health issues and have done so much soul healing as well. A huge thanks to @medicalmedium and Spirit for providing all of the information that has guided me to true health and vitality. 🙏🏼 The peace and love that I feel in my heart is truly overwhelming. Connecting with nature, our higher power and eating a high vibrational diet with an ABUNDANCE of fruits and veggies- has aligned me with my true self. Thank you Universe. I feel so connected. I am living my mission here on Earth🌍 I’ve always been spiritual but was unsure of what exactly my mission was here. I now know that my highest excitement is living my healthiest and happiest life in a state of infinite gratitude and love, while inspiring others to do the same! 💖
Anyone can do it, you just have to truly want it for yourself. You are in control of everything that you do. If you can’t control what you eat, how can you control anything else? #medicalmedium

Awesome success story so far for Alyssa!
Alyssa came to me with a host of issues in her lab work, a metabolism that was in the gutter and some really bad GI flare ups. The photo on the left was one she had taken at the peak of the GI issues in November of last year. -

Too often we don't allow ourselves to connect with what matters to us the most in life.
We put oursleves and our dreams last. We don't give oursleves permission to dare to dream, to imagine our empowered life vision.
So it's important to feel worthy of imagining what you want and then making it happen.
Once you've clarified your Life Vision the next step is to identify the 3-5 main areas you want to focus on this year and set the date by when you want to achieve them. These are your high level milestones for the year.
Next lock it into your calendar so you can set goals and targeted actions to make them happen. This becomes your Master Plan your roadmap for 2019.

Stress affects us all BUT some amount of it is good! It drives us forward...yet too much can affect us and be detrimental for our health.
How do we know when too much is REALLY too much?
More important.. when dealing with daily stress at work and/or home what type of coping mechanisms do you have in place to face it all with the Right response to it?
Im starting my round of Fit Mind and Body Initiative seminars for 2019 with a topic that touches us ALL!
As any wellness seminar that I give I look forward to an open discussion and mutual learning!
I hope that the information and discussion inspires us ALL to find positive outlets in our life to live a healthier and more joyful life.

Perhaps the most common misconception when it comes to Personal Training is that the trainer is there to absolutely smash the client.
In reality, a good trainer will push you within your capacity.
Will you work hard? Absolutely!
Will you feel obliterated and struggle to recover after a session? Absolutely NOT!!
Tip of the week: Always be pushing boundaries. The body gets comfortable with routine, and although comfortable, routine doesn't help you grow. So whether it's in your personal life, your professional life or in fitness, always look to push the boundary by 1-2%. When you're tired of running, go for that extra minute or 2. When you think you've perfected your routine, step back and look at it again to see if there's any tweeks.
Today I woke up at 5:45am (which was a struggle since I am not a morning person) to workout before work and had the best workout in months. I hit a personal record on 2 exercises and went on to kill my work day. At no point was I 100% sure I could do it but life rarely is that certain. I trust myself and my process, which provided my best results to date. So believe in yourself, and push just a little harder. You'd be amazed how much potential you truly have.
Today's routine (upper body hypertrophy focus)
4x6-8 incline dumbbell bench
>3x8 of 75lbs, 1x6 80lbs (PR)
Super set with
4x8 front, lateral and rear raises progressively loading: 22.5,25,27.5,30lbs
4x8 40lbs bicep curls
Super set with
4x6 30lbs tricep extensions
3x15 leg raises to finish because core is important
Workout time was ~70minutes

This is my thumb and cross sections of a human spinal cord. I don't know why I always felt like it's so much bigger (maybe because on MRI it is blown out of proportion??) but this is the real thing. So amazing how this small bundle of nerves controls so much. 😮Which is lumbar, thoracic and cervical? 👍🏼
La ira es una hoguera. Bien dirigida, se convierte en una herramienta poderosa.
Imagina tener ese fuego dentro, que nace, contenido, dentro de ti. Sabes que no puedes dejar libre a una bestia capaz de destruirlo todo a su paso.

Por eso, construyes una gruesa muralla de hielo a su alrededor, antes de que te arrase por dentro y por fuera.
Es un alivio, piensas... Aunque no es más que un parche. Ahora tienes un exterior helado y un interior que hierve de calor, presión, luz y energía desmesurada. ¡¿Qué has hecho?!

Pasa el tiempo y te das cuenta de que no queda más remedio que ir liberando esa presión poco a poco. Abres la compuerta. La muralla sangra gotas tibias mientras la energía emana del interior. Es intensa y concentrada y debe ser dirigida.
¿Arma o herramienta?
¿Destrucción o creación?
Suprime el ego y olvídate del arma. Al fin y al cabo, lo único que tienes es una bomba y la bomba eres tú.
La llamarada que diriges transforma lo que toca. Crea un suelo fértil en el cual crece un verde bosque. Pero como todo fuego, tarde o temprano consume su combustible y la hoguera se apaga.
El hielo de la muralla se derritió durante el proceso y forma el río que atraviesa ese bosque. Le da nueva forma y lo nutre.
El río avanza sin cesar. A veces fluye rápido, otras lento. En ocasiones, tan lento que parece que se estanca. Aún así, todos sabemos dónde prefiere desembocar un río. Quiere contribuir y formar parte de algo más grande que sí mismo.
Su destino es formar parte del todo.
