  • What’s on your Chrissy list this year?!? 🎄💐 . To be perfectly honest, I don’t know what else I could wish for. I’m in such a good place right now. I have my health. I have my friends & family. I have an awesome job & no financial issues. I have so many incredible experiences & have met so many amazing people because of social media and this account. - That being said, anything pink (like this banana bread from @pinkieivanhoe) will still make my smile from ear to ear💖😂.

  • Some Monday motivation for you⚡️ I haven’t been active lately because I feel like taking a small break of social media. I’m enjoying my holiday and I’ve got a lot of stuff happening next year so I’m just chilling out and taking everything day by day. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Yes it’s the New Years so you’re probably writing some huge New Years resolution for yourself but honestly, just keep living as you are working every day to become better than you were yesterday, stay driven, stay consistent and stay hungry and good things will come🙌🏼 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Just because it’s nearly 2019 doesn’t mean you have to go setting some unrealistic insane goal for yourself, enjoy your life, work on you and live your best life.   • This Christmas Frozen Yogurt Bark is an easy and healthy snack that would be a great idea to add on your dessert table this holiday season!🤗🌲 Ingredients for 18 pieces: 500 g (2 cups) Natural Greek Yogurt 3 Kiwi 5 Strawberries (chopped into small pieces) 1 tbsp Dried Cranberries Instructions: Thinly slice the kiwis and then, using a tree shaped cookie cutter, cut a tree from each slice.* Line a rimmed baking tray with baking paper. Pour the yogurt into the centre of the tray and spread evenly. Place the kiwi trees, strawberries and cranberries as desired onto the yogurt. (see picture to see how I arranged) Freeze until completely solid (approx. 4 hours.) Cut into sections and serve. Place sections into a zip lock bag and store in the freezer.   • Drinking water!!! It was amazing the people drunk this water and did not feel sick but when our medical team screened them, most of them had typhoid. We gave them medications and thought them how to treat the water before use but a habit of 'drinking without boiling' has already been formed. It's a gradual process since this is their only source of drinking water. We will get there. Somewhere in Ghana! When we travel! Things we see! Things we learn!   • #오늘의운동 #덤벨해머컬 #dumbbellhammercurls #이두운동 #bicepsworkout . . . 안녕하세요 #mn휘트니스청담점 #트레이너 김알음입니다! 오늘은 덤벨을 이용한 #팔운동 을 소개하겠습니다! . . #해머컬 이란 엄지손가락이 앞을 보게 잡은 상태에서 암컬 동작을 진행하는 것을 말하며, 암컬 동작시 손목이 많이 움직여 전완근의 개입이 많으신 분들은 해머컬로 운동을 진행하시면 좀더 이두근에 집중하기 편하실껍니다! . . . 주요 운동 부위 : 이두근 운동 진행 : 1. 엄지손가락이 앞을 보게 덤벨을 잡고 바르게 섭니다 2. 어깨와 팔꿈치를 최대한 고정시키고 허리 반동을 최소화 한 상태에서 팔을 접어줍니다 (-이때 팔꿈치의 위치는 옆구리나 옆구리보다 약간 앞에 있는게 좋습니다 -영상에서는 고중량을 다루다 보니 반동이 심한데 적당한 중량으로 반동 없이 진행해주시는게 좋습니다) 3. #이두근 에 긴장을 유지한채로 천천히 팔을 펴줍니다 이때 팔은 거의 다 펴주되, 완전히 펴게 되면 근육에 긴장이 풀리게 되므로 조금 남겨서 펴줍니다 4. 2,3번 동작을 반복합니다 ps. 운동을 하면서 중간중간이 영상을 찍기 때문에 설명과 약간씩 자세가 차이가 나는 경우가 있습니다(반동을 이용하는 등등) 양해 부탁드립니다 #운동 #헬스 #운동하는남자 #청담동 #청담피티 #피티 #운동영상 #팔운동 #청담동 #workout #health #pt #청담pt #workoutvideo #armworkout
