Havana hard time deciding where to go next year! This time last year, I booked a solo trip to Cuba for 2 weeks! To this day, one of the most raw travel experiences I’ve ever had...in a country that operates much diffferently than my own. .
With that being said, I need your help! I don’t have many travel plans within the next year. Where should I go in 2019? Where are you headed? Here are some places I have in mind so far .
New cities in Mexico
India(again, but this time solo???? Idk)
A Variety of African Countries(been to Morocco, South Africa & Swaziland, but would like to increase that)
Im VERY open! And I’m thinking about letting you all choose at least one of my destinations, so help me out!!
Can you tell which is the statue and which is the imposter?
Jose Maria Lopez Lledin, “El Caballero de Paris” (The Gentleman from Paris, 1899-1985) was a well-known and beloved figure who walked the streets of Havana for many years weaving dreams and telling stories for those with the patience and wisdom to listen to him during the 1950s. The bronze sculpture was created by contemporary Cuban artist, Jose Villa Soberón. El Caballero is one of his most popular statues. Stroking it, especially the beard, is said to bring good luck.
On our way to hear live music. Live music is all over Havana. Wearing an appropriate outfit to dance to at any occasion is always a smart choice. We didn’t plan the color scheme, it just workout that way. 👯♀️
Apostle of Cuban Independence, guide of the American people, and champion of human dignity. His literary genius rivals with his political clairvoyance. He was born in Havana on January 28, 1853, lived 15 years of his exile in New York City, and died in the Battle of Dos Ríos on May 19, 1895.

Miramar is a great place to spend some time wandering — lots of cool residential homes and newer structures.
