I get it, some days you wake up full of energy, other days it’s a struggle to even get out of bed.. no matter what, just appreciate yourself and do your BEST
because that’s what is really gonna make you happy at the end of the day, and that’s what matters.
Open your heart and your mind today.. keep your thoughts loving and kind to yourself and others.
Remember your goals, even if they’re as simple as getting a workout in or eating a healthy meal.. Just do somethingg towards those goals and just know that you’re gonna feel amazing when you accomplish them and you’ll ultimately be a better person :)
Don’t be a prisoner to your own thoughts.. you control them after all and you are capable of anythinggg🙌🏼

What’s one of the simplest yet most beneficial exercises you can do? Pushups!
With any exercise, proper form is key! Start in a plank position, keep your back flat and tighten your core. Push off the ground, straighten your elbows and in a controlled manner drop back into starting position until your chest just grazes the floor. Bam! Repeat for as many reps as possible.
For more of a challenge, use a bench to try incline and decline pushups. If you’re not quite strong enough yet, try the modified version with knees to the ground or up against a wall!

I don’t know about you guys, but I was feeling SO guilty after Halloween & Thanksgiving due to eating so many yummy treats and well let’s be honest, tons of my daughters Halloween candy 😬So after Thanksgiving I said, quit it Lindsey! Don’t use the holidays as an excuse to gain unwanted weight and get off track. As much as I enjoy sugary foods and holiday meals, what makes me feel the BEST is when I treat my body RIGHT and nourish it with the right foods and proper exercise. Don’t get me wrong, I’ll have a cheat meal when I crave it but, over eating and over indulging does NOT make me feel good! What does make me feel good is seeing my muscle definition in the mirror and knowing “I DID THAT” 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼 if you agree gimme a hell yeah! Happy Monday peeps 😘💪🏼
