And, allowing yourself some of the so called “bad” foods has been proven to keep most people from overindulging in these foods. What is the quickest recipe for binging when dessert rolls around? Commit to never eat dessert again. Then you’ll really want dessert and you’ll eat too much dessert. Don’t make cake (or your indulgence of choice) forbidden, just watch your portion size and frequency of consumption. You can have something sweet (or savory or fried) each day if you have just a little bit.   • Quando comecei , demorei anos pra saber o que era whey , e qualquer outro suplemento. Desde muito nova meu sonho era entra na academia , e quando entrei achei que unicamente ela iria mudar meu corpo , anos depois soube da importância de uma dieta. Já tem 7 anos que treino , e desses 7 tenho somente 3 anos de dieta. Na primeira foto já treinava à uns 2 anos , mas não fazia dieta 🙈 , e na segunda foto eu já tinha 3 anos de dieta. Não importa de onde você esteja começando , não importa se você não tenha dinheiro pra suplementar , o que vai mudar seu corpo é a sua determinação , o quanto você luta pra buscar aquilo que você tanto diz querer. - TENTE 1 , 2 , 10 , 20 vezes e não pare até conseguir! - Um dia você irá desejar ter começado ANTES! - Interessados em treinar comigo , ou prescrição de treinamento, chama direct ! - Qual a sua desculpa ?

  • 12 MINUTE #workoutwednesday targeting your Legs, Glutes and Abs☝🏻💪🏼 - ⏳Each exercise should be done for 30 seconds with no break, 6 times. If you want to make it harder, increase the work time! - 1️⃣Starting off with Glute Bridges; this exercise can be made harder by adding a barbell on your hip. - 2️⃣Next, do Squat Jumps to also target the glutes and the quads too. This is also a great exercise to do to burn calories as it incorporates so many muscles. - 3️⃣Now, moving onto Bicycle Crunches to hit your abs and obliques. - 4️⃣Then, moving onto Kettle Bell Swings which are a great exercise as they use your hip flexors, glutes, hamstrings, Lats, abs and shoulders. - 5️⃣Now, do Split Jumps which use all of the muscles in the legs and due to its high intensity, it’s great for burning calories. - 6️⃣Finally, do Reverse Ab Curl which is a very underused exercise, used to target the lower abs!
