  • This is my partner in crime. The reason I can do what I do is because he always has my back. He gives me the hard truth when I’m having a putty party and cheers me on when I’m having a break threw. He is the bomb! Now I’m lucky because he’s my significant other, find a person who supports you. Find someone who cheers you on when you are hitting those break threw and tells you the ugly truth when you need to hear it. Whether it’s family or friends find a running partner because we all need it sometimes 💫

Mary has chosen the good portion, which will not be taken away from her.” -Luke 10:38-42 ESV. ✝️ While the world may tell you that your long to-do lists are the most important, Jesus says that spending time with the Lord is the ONLY thing necessary! Put God first and the rest will sort itself out! 💖 I read this passage quite often for the reminder because I definitely struggle with putting my tasks above my time with God! Thank you God for your grace because I’m definitely a #workinprogress 🤷🏼‍♀️🥰 #God

  • 💦💥a lil 500 rep cardio challenge💥💦 : : 5️⃣ exercises . 2️⃣0️⃣ reps each . 5️⃣ rounds : : Burpees(full body to the ground), jump squats, jumping jacks, bosu mountain climbers(I did 40 total), air jump jack(got no idea what to call it😂) : Did this a couple days ago & it really challenged me. I had to take a bunch of breaks in between but that's ok! Just made sure I got in every single rep no matter how much of a struggle it was (esp. the burpees in the last 2 rounds omg 😫) It's not supposed to be easy 😅. I took about 1 min rest between each round or until I felt ready to start again! If you're up for a challenge, try it out. You can always modify it by doing the easier burpees & regular mountain climbers😄💦

Are you practicing what you preach? Are you being the example to those around you taking an iffy path or are you following along? “Go with the flow” to me has been blown out of proportion, life is circumstantial asf I’ll give you that but no ones friendship is worth the pain and suffering I see in some cliques. Be yourself and if your “friends” want to put up a front for others, let them. I’m going to be my best self with or without the so called thought that “people come in and out of my life”. I’m here to stay so might as well put my well being first. Your true colors are showing boo, rep it🙏🏼✅
