THREE WEEKS DIFFERENCE 🤫🔥
... I’m not about to sell you one of these ‘fad diet’ plans that make you lose loads of weight in a week or two, or even three. This was hard work, still is. I’ve cut all junk and a lot of fats. I’m on a high protein diet and doing fasted cardio 3/4 times a week as well as after my workouts.. I’ve been working out on and off for the past year and every time I don’t get the results I want, I seem to give up. This time I followed a strict workout and diet plan and really focused on my HIIT training. I didn’t see the difference in my body until I put these two photos together. I’m far from where I want to be, but I’m so happy to be back at what I love doing and being motivated again! Depression and self-loathing can be beaten and if you’re not happy, only YOU can change it! 💪🏼
Happy Sunday! ❤️ I have a little rant... I am so tired of hearing EXCUSES!! 😑 As a trainer, I hear them time and time again. Excuses are for people that don’t want it bad enough. Start taking responsibility and initiative for yourself. 🌟 Stop blaming your circumstances on what you are able to change. The only thing standing between you and your goals is the bullshit excuses you keep telling yourself. MAKE IT HAPPEN! I hate hearing people set a goal for themselves and never follow through with it. I can’t stand when people constantly complain about something they don’t like about their body and never do anything to change it!! I am all for supporting all of my boss babes that are willing to try and put in effort but I am not going to put in the work for people that wanna sit on their ass!! 🙃

Do you ever have those gym days where you push yourself what you feel like is super hard and like up all your weights and realize it wasn’t that hard and you should have probably upped them sooner?? If so you aren’t alone because that was me today 🤷🏼♀️
I feel like so much of lifting is mental and overcoming the fear of upping the weight sometimes

☃️3. Split squat ss banded abduction w/ 3 sec holds
☃️4. Hip thrusts ( I always do a lot of sets because I like to do 1 light set 1 medium set and 3-4 heavy sets)
☃️5. Single leg leg press ss banded pulse squats (3 pulses)

When you are happy, when you accomplish a goal, when you connect with someone, when you laugh at a joke, when you have a moment of pride, when you look in the mirror and accept who you are, when you are having a moment of uninterrupted silence, when you let someone into YOUR inner world; feel those pure uplifting emotions. They don’t happen as much as we would like.
I think we get caught up in our fast-paced lifestyles that we forget to self-reflect and just FEEL happiness. We minimize the good stuff out of fear we are not worthy of it or others will judge. .
BUT, it is okay to cherish the good feelings in your head and heart, even for a moment. Those moments truly matter and should be treasured. 🌸🙏🏼
This is the face of somebody who ate four doughnuts and then booked a holiday 🙃😂. I have absolutely 0 regrets though, life is all about enjoying yourself and finding the balance in this non-stop craziness to ensure that you can enjoy every second of it. Anyway, it’s a new week so whatever happened at the weekend doesn’t count and it’s time to get back on it 💪🏽😜
