Ok, so I know you are in the throws of nativities, organising Christmas shopping and enjoying way too much mulled wine at the Christmas Parties.
However, after working so hard on your business all year, please give it just a few hours of your time, so that you can review how this year has gone and set some amazing goals for 2019!
And I am here to help!
I have recorded a 30 min podcast on the process I go through, the metrics I look at and how I goal set.
Also because I really want you to do this - I have put together an awesome FREE workbook that you can fill out, to help you review and take action in the first 30 days of 2019
Lets make 2019 the best year yet! 🙌🏻

THE UNTOLD TRUTH😱😨🙊
Why do most drop shippers fail?
DROPSHIPPING is often advertised as an easy way to make money fast. This is a false representation of the dropshipping model. Like any business, dropshipping requires a lot of planning, preparing, and execution. Most dropshipping businesses will fail, but recognizing common mistakes early can help you build your business the right way. Check out five reasons most dropshippers fail.
WRONG NICHE: One of the first reasons independent e-commerce retailers fail at their dropshipping venture is choosing the wrong niche. This can lead to a lot of wasted time and money. Before choosing a niche for your dropshipping business, take time to validate the niche and products you want to offer. Here are two ways you can validate your product and niche before going all-in:
After you’ve finished collecting your secondary research, you can begin primary research by surveying your target market. ✨✨✨
Test Your Market on Social Media: Your social networks are often the perfect place to test your product idea. Use channels like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn to gauge interest in the idea by offering your products to friends and followers. For example, if you’re looking to validate your idea of selling luxury jewelry, use your social accounts to invite friends, family, and acquaintances, you feel may be interested in your new offering and ask if they want to make a purchase.
Lack of Unique Value Propositions: A value proposition is an important part of any business model. When you create a value proposition, you force yourself to think about why a customer should make a purchase from your business. Without a proper value proposition, you’ll struggle with your marketing efforts and conversion efforts.
Meaning that they should not focus specifically on products and services you offer, but more on what benefits you can provide to your customers.
Here are what makes a good value proposition: clarity, proper communications, what you have to offer, explains how yoir superiority to your competitors.

I have a couple of questions for you.
1. Do you have a degree?
2. Are you currently doing what you studied?
I went to film school! I knew 100% that I would work my way up in the production field to eventually becoming a big film and tv producer. That was my clear goal all the way through film school - until I was casting for my graduate film and discovered talent management.
After graduating I worked as a talent manager for 1 year and one thing became very clear to me - I didn’t want to be an employee! So I quit and co-founded @fourthwallnz .
I’m definitely still in the film and tv industry, but in a totally different capacity! Plus I’m a photographer and I’m designing clothes now - both skills I picked up by educating myself!
Who would have thought I’d end up here, doing what I’m doing? Certainly not me 5 years ago!
Life works in mysterious ways. It’s so important to be very attentive when opportunities to pursue interesting things arise! Don’t miss out on them as they might change the direction on your entire life - for the better!
Don’t get me wrong I have never regretted doing a degree! It was a stepping stone for me that led me to entrepreneurship.
If you are doing something completely different from what you studied don’t ever look at your time at University as wasted cause it never is! It was one of those things that shaped you into who you are today!
