BAHAN: 500 gr daging sandung lamur, potong-potong kotak 500 gr air 10 lembar daun jeruk 4 lembar daun salam  3 batang serai, memarkan 1 sdt garam 2 sdt gula pasir 1 sdt merica 1 batang daun bawang minyak untuk menumis 2 cm lengkuas 2 cm jahe . Bumbu Halus: 20 butir bawang merah 10 siung bawang putih 3 cm kunyit, dibakar 4 buah cabai merah, dibuang bijinya 100 ml air . CARA MEMBUAT: 1. Haluskan bawang merah, bawang putih, cabai merah keriting, kunyit dan air. 2. Panaskan 3 sdm minyak, masukkan dan tumis daun jeruk, daun salam dan serai hingga layu. Tambahkan bumbu yang telah dihaluskan. Masak hingga bumbu matang 3. Masukkan daging, tumis hingga rata dan berubah warna. Tambahkan air, seledri, daun bawang dan bumbu dengan garam, gula dan merica. Aduk rata dan masak hingga daging empuk. 4. Sajikan bersama bahan pelengkap.   • Budín inglés con frutas! Otro clásico para las fiestas! Queda muy muy bueno!! Acá les dejo la receta! INGREDIENTES * Manteca 170 gr, azúcar impalpable 200 gr, huevos 4, ralladura de limón 1/2 u, esencia de vainilla 1 cdta, licor (puede ser cognac, licor de cassis, etc) 1 cda, harina 0000 250 gr, sal 1 pizca, polvo para hornear 10 gr, frutos secos 75 gr y frutas abrillantadas 75 gr.
 PREPARACIÓN * Antes de comenzar es importante que los ingredientes estén a temperatura ambiente. * Cortar los trozos de frutas abrillantadas en cuadrados 1 cm x 1 cm, mezclar con los frutos secos junto a cucharada de la harina. * Mezclar la harina, la sal y el polvo para hornear. * Con la batidora eléctrica batir la manteca pomada con el azúcar hasta formar una crema clara. * Incorporar los huevos de a uno, sin dejar de batir, hasta integrar por completo. * Añadir la esencia, el licor, la ralladura y batir hasta que se hayan fusionado y quede una crema homogénea. * Agregar los frutos y frutas a la mezcla; y la mitad de la harina. Mezclar siempre con movimientos envolventes. Agregar el resto de la harina y terminar de mezclar. * Colocar en un molde enmantecado y enharinado de 10 cm x 21 cm x 7 de alto (molde de 1 litro). * Cocinar en horno a 170ºC 50 minutos o hasta que esté cocido. Para chequear pinchar con un palo de brochette, si sale seco es porque está cocido por completo. * Listo! A disfrutar!

  • Part 2/8 Grilled black trout whole fish, grilled black trout fillet, grilled barracuda fillets, simmered Spanish mackerel. In Japanese, black trout is known as Nodoguro and its meat is very fatty. When grilled it literally melts in your mouth as you sink your teeth into it. ✌️ Ala carte dinner at Washoku iikura. This is a relatively new Izakaya restaurant in Osaka somewhere near the Kitashinchi area. It is run by a very friendly Husband and Wife team and their coordination is really superb btw. There is no English menu here so if you want to order ala carte, you gotta be able to read Japanese. There are also two course menus priced at 7000 yen and 10,000 yen. Overall, I think the food here is pretty damn good and plus the atmosphere set by the young Husband and Wife team is very casual and relaxed. If you can speak Japanese, I highly recommend you try to engage them in a conversation; it’s a lot of fun. 오늘은 블루베리도 넣어 부드럽고 촉촉한 머핀 만들었어요.

엄청엄청 쉬우니 집에 검은점 생긴 바나나 있으시면 꼭 해보세요....
